Everleigh is a good place to live. I have experienced over 4 years here, good maintenance, well kept facilites, and very good communitie events.

Love living at Everleigh. The location and the residents make this place special.

The sound s of your above neighbor is terrible no sound barrier when the floors even creak when walking !! Then. Every droop or move of furniture is worse!

Continue to enjoy my time here. Find residents friendly and very inclusive and helpful. I like that the common areas inside are kept so clean. Have not been in the pool area yet or the garden area yet, but suspect I sill do that soon.

I'm very satisfied living here, I like the amenities, the location and it's friendliness of staff and residents. Except for the few suggestions I have made previously, I love it here.

It is so bright and friendly. Still experiencing & wandering around. Always someone to visit with and learn something.

We have been here at Everleigh Forestwood for 3 years and we love being here. This not just an apartment building it’s a community.

Everything is delightful so far, but I have only been here a week. Ask several times at various times for a true feeling.

We had a issue with the smoke detectors on Christmas Even, and the maintenance staff was attentive in rectifying the issue, and then came back the day after Christmas to check all the detectors and replace the batteries in all the devices that were about to go out.

The environment and people are delightful. Activities are nice.

The residents really make Everleigh. Wonderful people. Made many friends in the 3 1/2 years I have lived here.

The thing that makes place special is the people that live here.

Clean, great location, and well maintained. Many activities for residents with good pool and fitness center. Downside is Happy Hour is not friendly and barking dogs can be an issue.

The tornado four years ago destroyed our home. We moved into the Everleigh soon afterwards. We have been here since then, and have loved living here. We would not want to live anywhere else. If anyone is considering living at the Everleigh, I would be happy to talk to them.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. This is a fabulous comuntiy that really feels welcoming and safe. When there are any issues, that arise as they do in any community, they are addressed with respect, and care. It is clean and the staff is friendly and care about the residents. That can be a hard thing to find. We Love Everleigh Forestwood.

Overall, the Everleigh Forestwood apartment complex is a nice facility and the management go out of their way for the residents to have a pleasant living experience. Keep up the good work.

We are very happy with the property and highly recommend it to other older adults looking to simplify. Other issue is we were told in writing we would get 2 free hours of maintenance work free, only to be told they quit doing that a year ago. As a rental property owner, if I put something in writing to my tenants, it's my responsibility to honor my word.

Moved in June 2023. So thankful to be residents here. Professional staff, beautiful clean community and very friendly residents and staff.

We are happy at the Everleigh, in general. It feels safe, has pleasant residents and it’s a beautiful building. We like the staff, particularly Darron and Alex is very kind and helpful. We miss LaLonnie. The new manager seems efficient. The one complain I have involves the lack of personal contact to get information about how the Everleigh runs. There is a booklet, but most people here have moved from a home and it is a big adjustment. There should be a session for new residents to go over the particulars. My neighbor had to help me and I helped my new neighbor. There should be a more professional way to do this. Handing a person a booklet who is going through a transition isn’t working.

Everleigh Forest Apartments for those of us over age 55 is an interactive community, not merely an apartment building, with daily opportunities to interact if and when one chooses with like minded people for conversations, games and socializing. Modern, clean, quiet, well maintained and low stress.

Everleigh Forestwood is a beautiful community; and offers a plethora of amenities to meet and enjoy social activities with other residents!

We have only been here two weeks but we love everything about Everleigh. Very well planned community. Staff and residents are exceptional.

My hubby, Phil & I love our apt., the administration, activities, and our social experiences to date. We are in our eighties & so happy we gave up our house & moved here when we did.

Don't feel as safe as when I first moved in. I don't understand WHY THE GATES can't be fixed to working order. I wouldn't recommend a friend to move here. Safety doesn't seem to come first with the management.

Everleigh Forestwood is an incredible place to live - way beyond.

We came to The Everleigh three and a half years ago after our home was destroyed by the tornado. We love living here. We enjoy the residents, appreciate all the activities and get togethers that are organized. The staff are wonderful. They could not be more helpful and friendly. This is definitely our forever home.

The environment is quiet and feels personal. I feel secure in this community.

Overall good. Disproportionate number of residents on walkers and unable to care for themselves. Not exactly “active adult”. On the plus side, it’s quiet.

New and nice facilities, staff, and tenants. All aspects are are high standards and first rate.

I absolutely love living here at Everleigh. The team who are in charge is friendly and courteous. It is clean and a joy to live here. Everyone is friendly and there is always something to do. The gym is great and there are exercise classes. The hallways are large and you can just walk around the entire complex for your walks, inside out of the heat or cold, wind or rain. Just a great place to live. Plus it's a beautiful place.

Everleigh is a very convenient to great shopping and many good restaurants.

Overall, I am enjoying my life at Everleigh Forestwood, primarily because of the friends I've made and the activities we share such as card games.
