Great place to live! Maintenance and Front Office staff has been especially great and made our time here as wonderful as it has been. We had originally planned to stay downtown for one year, but just resigned as we are enjoying our time.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The concierge team is always helpful and friendly—they make day-to-day things really easy. Moving in was smooth, thanks to the staff and management who were organized and genuinely accommodating. The amenities are another highlight: the gym is well-maintained, and the Luxer One package room makes deliveries super convenient. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

The team at Env is amazing. They truly make the building feel like a community and foster a friendly and welcoming environment. I love living here!

Modern units with beautiful views! Great location and 5 star maintenance services. The amenities are also great. The common areas/lounges/rooftop deck are awesome.

Clean, quiet, amazing river walk location, parking lot in the building, pet friendly, staffs are the nicest people, maintenance is super quick, well equipped small gym, highly recommend for single young professionals looking for a clean, quiet studios!

I just moved in a few days ago but my experience has been very positive so far. There was a checklist to enable me to submit tickets for anything I needed once inspecting the apartment, and those tickets were resolved within 24 hours. The concierge staff has been welcoming and helpful, and the management office has been responsive and accessible. The apartment itself is beautiful and I'm happy to be here!

Beautiful building with amazing apartments and nice staff! Definitely and absolutely recommended, this is our 3rd year renewing the leasing contract and we are loud of that!

Friendly staff and very nice apartment with great views. At a great location in river north that overlooks the river. Not noisy at all and great layout.

This is my third year renewing my lease here, which says a lot—I’ve never stayed in any building this long. The views and square footage are hard to beat, and the concierge team is always great. Maintenance is timely, efficient, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s been a consistently positive experience.

Common spaces and amenities are always very clean. The concierge staff are always so kind and always willing to assist with resident needs. Apartments are spacious and well worth the price.

Living at EnV so far has been amazing! Amenities are top tier and the staff is so friendly. Being in such a prime location is also fantastic.

EnV is a great building with all the amenities. The door staff is exceptionally nice and engaging, and the management office is helpful if you ever need anything. Another plus is the building is right next to the Merchandise Mart brown line so you can easily get around the city from here. A negative is the club next door but overall the building is a great location with proximity to all the shopping and restaurants River North is known for.

LOVE! All of management and staff are super nice and helpful, and I have had such a wonderful welcome week here at Env! Can't wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store :)

I've really enjoyed my time living here so far. The community is well-maintained, and the location is super convenient for work and errands. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the front office team has been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The amenities like the gym and pool are a nice bonus. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into keeping everything running smoothly.

Renewed ENV for the 3rd consecutive year because it is great. The location near the river is great. There is easy access to many of Chicago's best neighborhoods. Units are really modern and luxurious and maintenance is fast. Staff is always very friendly.

We had a great move in experience. We had an issue where our keys didn’t work to lock/unlick our apartment but Tunde was very helpful in resolving that issue. Denisse and Edward have also been great in helping us with some minor maintenance issues. Overall a smooth process and everyone we’ve worked with has been great.

We absolutely love EnV! This is our second Bozzuto property and we couldn’t be happier. It’s gorgeous, the amenities are top notch, the employees are amazing.

Great environment with a fantastic staff! Maybe if the gym was a little bit bigger it would be perfect! Anyway it is pretty clean and I enjoy it.

Really love living in ENV. My spouse and I have been here for 1.5 years and the staff is great, the 1 bedroom bed unit is very spacious and modern, and the building amenities are great. Price is reasonable especially for the area!

It's really just okay. Communication isn't great. A bit overpriced but not horrible. The area is okay. The parking fee is atrociously priced.

Great apartment. The management is awesome, the maintenance requests get done quickly and well, the units are spacious and modern and the views of the Chicago rover and river north/downtown city are great.

Great location. Can walk everywhere from here and public transportation is easily accessible. Nice door staff, friendly management team. The amenities are decent. The rooftop pool and the gym have amazing views of the city. Despite being on a busy intersection, the building feels a bit like a quiet oasis.

I wish the apartment didn’t look so lived in. I think they could have done a better job of revamping the place after their last tenants left. It wasn’t cleaned very well either.

Love it here everyone is too nice the staff is amazing, The residents are very nice and welcoming and the pool is the big and amazing for a summer time with friends and drinks they have plenty of space for you to lounge around on the roof and and have guest over its amazing here and plan to stay for a while and renew forsure!

Moved in just a few days ago and loving it! Amenities are great, staff is friendly and wonderful, and the location is perfect! We were considering if we wanted to be this central and were worried it would feel less homey, but that’s not the case at all!

Love living in ENV. My wife and I have lived here for over one year now and we love the friendly staff, the gym, the outdoor amenities, the convenient and safe parking garage and most importantly our spacious and modern unit that has an awesome view of the river and iconic Chicago buildings.

Love this building , the management is great , the front desk are so nice the high ceilings are amazing , love having in unit washer and dryer , it’s so clean and the parking is next level for Chicago

It has been great so far, no issues. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. I moved from out of State and this has been perfect for me. Could not ask for a better location in terms of the city, or nicer amenities.
