Really love living in ENV. My spouse and I have been here for 1.5 years and the staff is great, the 1 bedroom bed unit is very spacious and modern, and the building amenities are great. Price is reasonable especially for the area!

Great location. Can walk everywhere from here and public transportation is easily accessible. Nice door staff, friendly management team. The amenities are decent. The rooftop pool and the gym have amazing views of the city. Despite being on a busy intersection, the building feels a bit like a quiet oasis.

Love it here everyone is too nice the staff is amazing, The residents are very nice and welcoming and the pool is the big and amazing for a summer time with friends and drinks they have plenty of space for you to lounge around on the roof and and have guest over its amazing here and plan to stay for a while and renew forsure!

Moved in just a few days ago and loving it! Amenities are great, staff is friendly and wonderful, and the location is perfect! We were considering if we wanted to be this central and were worried it would feel less homey, but that’s not the case at all!

Very nice apartment and when we moved in the management team had put snacks, water, dish and laundry soap, and a bottle of Prosecco in our room as a welcome gift.

Have been a resident since May 2023 — so far so good. All of the employees are super attentive and the pool has been top notch all summer. Will not lie, we’ve had a few issues with cabinets and window treatments but maintenance is always very quick to repair things.

Very grateful for my first year in Chicago to land in a building that felt super convenient to live in. Lots of great resident event, great management and even better views on the roof. Perfect place to be.
