A medium-sized town in Orange County east of Santa Ana, Tustin has a vibrant local economy and is an attractive spot for start-up companies. Despite its proximity to larger cities, Tustin residents enjoy a small-town feel and short commute. The city holds all the amenities to live a comfortable life.
With a large blend of cultures, Tustin fosters strong community ties. Known as the “City of Trees,” this area has beautiful landscapes and a number of trees that have been in the community for years, including three massive sycamores that are hundreds of years old.
Tustin has a great school system. In addition to beautiful parks, residents enjoy hiking at Limestone Canyon National Park. Old Town Tustin is a cool section of town, filled with gourmet restaurants, unique coffee shops, and local eateries. It’s a great place to shop, just like Market Place on El Camino Real.

Property Ratings at Enrique Apartments
The owner says they will work with you on credit but I applied here with my husband and was declined. I had student loans and he had medical bills. All that were being handled. We advised owner of this and he OK'd to proceed with application as long as we had no evictions, bankruptcies, etc. Once we were declined he sent an email with no official document. Wouldn't return emails, call, etc. I had to contact the leasing company that mailed me an official letter. He then put something together last minute after my final attempt and has not responded back since then on working with us. Now we're stuck with a hard credit inquiry and no apartment. Very unprofessional. Do not stay here.
The managers here are strict about certain things, i.e. no loud music, no parties, no parking cars that aren't permitted or on the lease, no "mess" allowed- these don't seem like a big deal but trust me, here they are. They watch carefully and will say something to you if they see something fishy or strange. BUT, all in all I feel so secure and safe in these complexes. We have a 2 year old so safety was always an issue-but not here. The majority of people leased here are families. Everyone seems to get along. Children play with each other, neighbors conversing, and you might even get invited to a bbq by one! My daughter made a friend here and I love it. I've seen people's car be left with the window down, doors unlocked and no break ins have been reported. I can walk to my car at 3am and know I'm safe. They have cameras in important areas and it's gated!! If you want safe..then this is the place!
