Do your research, they will up your rent by $400 without notice, take away amenities and charge you to park even in your own garage which you already pay for as a cash grab. New assistant manager is horrible and condescending who acts like she is your boss. If you like consistency this is not the place to live.

Nice to stay here. Good place close to all amenities mall and restaurants. Also, more greenery in the apartment complex makes us feel comfortable and gets fresh air But still waiting for the 24 hours gym access
While there were issues with us moving in due to construction, our moving experience was as easy as the leasing office could make it. Every issue we've had has been addressed by the maintenance team professionally and more quickly than I could have expected, and the conveniences of some of the amenities is a real delight.
Happy to be part of this great community. Have been living here for a while. Awesome and kind staff and maintenance is done on time . Awaiting 24 hours gym availability, if not at least extended hours
Everything has been great so far! Easy and great parking. Upstairs neighbors could be loud from time to time especially at night, but overall nothing else to complain about.
The place has lots of shopping and great places nearby to eat at. They keep the place clean and have been upgrading all the units and have been doing exterior work as well. the clubhouse and pol are great and the pool and hot tub are open year round.
I love the location and the remodeling they've been doing! I hope they fix the heater for the pool and refinish the hot tub- then this would be top tier living for the affordable pricing!
Very friendly neighborhood, nice grounds except for the metal borders around plants and people not picking up after their pets. I wish the apartments were better insulated.
Overall cosmetics of place is below average...stairs are in horrible condition...safety issue...east side of building 8.complete corners have broken off..due to over salting Lot full of disabled cars

Apartment was beautiful on move in.the staff are friendly and helpful. Huge dog park fit the fur babies! Happy to call this home. They are on it with maintenance if the property.

We love living here! The new club house is gorgeous and the hot tub is great. We do wish the pool were heated and the gym had security cameras so it could be open past 6pm.

It’s nice apartment. Close to many amenities and in vicinity to some staples like banks, restaurants and groceries. Could be better with club house amenities like the gym available more often.

I haven't been living here too long, but I love the amenities and location. The office is on top of things and provide so many great perks. I love the new community events and the amount of people with pets. Some people are snippy about pets and give you the stink eye if they are having a puppy playdate and you've got to take your dog out. Overall, it is an awesome community with beautiful views and spacious apartments.

Overall it’s a great community with many amenities and events for residents to participate in. I however have been a little bummed the fact we are unable to use the club house gym not during leasing office hours. I feel as if I don't get to enjoy the whole experience with the amenities. We have valet trash pick up and are supposed to be charged if residents leave trash bags/cans outside of the door during none valet trash pickup days/hours. But I continuously have neighbors who leave the trash out not even in the can for the entire weakened and it smells! Besides this experience the leasing office is very fast on responding back along with maintenance! They keep amenities nice and clean and are always finding ways to improve the apartment community.

I have been living here for over a month now and am very pleased with the whole process. Move-in was smooth, no issues with our apartment. The trash service is great and always on time. The other residents we have met so far have been nice as well!

For my expectations, this community is great. Any disturbances are fixed quickly and maintenance feels like it sends someone to help quickly. The staff is super respectful and also good at trying to connect rather than treat residents as a rent check only. Lots of room to communicate with the staff about issues, and to top it off, the club house renovations makes it even more homey.

The apartment is lovely, and the management and maintenance are wonderful, especially Kevin. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The office has handled my numerous questions kindly. The recent Pool Party was great fun and a chance to meet other residents.

Great place to live! Air conditioners are super loud, but manageable. Parking lot recently got nighttime guard supervision which is a big step. Clubhouse needs to be open last 6pm!!!

Nice apartments in a nice location. It is near to all kind of shopping like food, grocery and clothing. It is also near to banks, restaurants. Walkable distance to lone tree elementary school. When we moved in right in the middle of Covid, the manager opened the door, shoved the key at me, and slammed the door in my face again. Understandable, but it should have been indicative. In the intervening three years, this has been the most average complex I've ever lived in. I'm charged $25 to walk my own garbage down to the dumpster since the valet trash service cancels pick-up at any excuse and never comes at a set time, so my trash is either put out too early or left sitting overnight. Said valet service never notices when bags of trash fall off the back of their pick-up, so about once every couple of weeks there is a torn open bag of trash in the parking lot. The complex is under constant renovation, with nothing to show for it except giant dumpsters everywhere and blocked roundabout for two years. The only thing I've ever seen requested by tenants is recycling, which is not available at all in Lone Tree, but they have completely renovated their office and taken three years to do so. When we mentioned the burned out streetlight in the parking lot a couple of months after we moved in- a safety issue- the response was a shrug and a 'not our problem'. It is still not lit. Our rent went up $150 last year and $170 this year. When we attempted to place notice to move out when they told us our lease was terminating, the response was "then you owe us for the remaining three months"- meaning we're losing the unit we were wanting to move into with another complex, since they won't hold it from the end of May until the end of August, obviously. And you can repeat your neighbors' conversations word for word through the walls and floors. Right now, downstairs, the baby is crying and the husband is discussing the grocery list, and outside there is someone playing loud music while working on their car in their driveway. This will continue until after 10:00 tonight. Also, you cannot contact the owners of the complex- they're a major corporation in Dallas TX. All in all, what I expect from a low rent apartment complex- while paying for so-called "luxury living". The best thing I can say about Remmington- Emmersyn as of last week- is that the maintenance crew is responsive.

It’s gotten much better with most of the renovations completed. The dog park is especially fun for the dogs in the community. Have not really had a chance to use all the amenities since I’ve been here a year and they were only recently completed. It overall it’s much better than when we first moved in.

This is a Good community with access to many places. Gym, yoga room looking beautiful. We are eagerly awaiting the next phase of access to gym, club house. Last important one is excellent staff

Good place to live. Quiet and quick commute to downtown Denver. Not too far to Malls, Restaurants and stores. Nice hiking trials nearby. Near major highways but still have wildlife animals like Elk, pronghorn. foxes on the ridge.

Yay. So nice to live here. Great pool. Just updated the club house! Close to everything! Down the street from the mall! Across the street from safeway! Easy access to all the highways!

It is a nice experience to stay in Remington. It is near to Target,Safeway, school, mall, banks and restaurants. It is a good neighborhood. We have parks and trails for walking lovers. Overall it is good experience to stay in.

They could do better with snow removal and not place noticed on the doors face out. Neighbors don’t need to know your business if times are tough. There are very few amenities although they’re advertised. The “heated” pool isn’t very warm. Perks? The maintenance team is phenomenal

Been ok. Only issue we face is everyone is very self distant and not really wanting to strike a conversation or give eye contact. So I feel little out of place when I want to chat and hear about other people.

Really awesome to live here! Close to everything!!! Stores, shopping, grocery, food, Park Meadows Mall, Sky ridge hospital, parks, highway! Great place to live!
I love almost everything about this apartment complex. But I really wish the pool and hot tub were open after 5pm.
I like the location. However, if I lived near the trash dumpster I would not stay. Every time I drive by there is trash all around that area. I think they need a second dumpster to try and keep that area looking better.
