The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ellis Court Apartments
The building is filthy and the laundry machines don’t work. People smoke cigarettes in the halls and set off the buildings smoke detectors about once a week meaning the whole building must be evacuated. The back door does not lock properly and unhoused people regularly poop in the stairwells. Half the “amenities” listed on this site do not exist in this building. There are no balconies, no secured mail room and no laundry facilities worth the name on site. Literally looking for legal reasons to break my lease right now
Property Manager at Ellis Court Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hello, we're sorry to hear about your experience in our community. Your feedback is important, and we take these concerns seriously. We encourage you to reach out to our management team directly so we can address these issues and work towards improving your living experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
This place is a waste of time and money. You won’t be able to get in contact with anyone, your apartment and the hallways smell terrible at all times. This place is unsafe and not properly managed by any means. No communication, no effort. And the “renovated” apartment was done so poorly that I’m afraid to see what it used to look like. The walls and floors are paper thin to the point where you can here others peoples normal conversations…through the walls, and you can’t forget the stopping from the upstairs neighbors that apparently have stones for feet. Your mail will get stolen by the shady tenants that live here, You will also be stepping over trash that your neighbors leave on the stairwells 24/7. It’s disgusting and the overall smell of the place is repulsive. They need to be shut down or made into a homeless shelter which is how they’re treating it.
Lived here for 6 months. Got charged for a sewer fee/water bill of $200 when they were working on another floors hallway leak. They nickel and dime you, overcharge on utilities, then charge you fees for not paying the extra charges after never responding to you. You can try and email them, call them and 9/10 times they will not pick up or respond. After I moved out they are still trying to charge me a $1100 fee for not returning the key on time even though I tried to contact them to find out where/when to leave it, and not receiving that information until 2 weeks after moving out. It has high management turnover. Maintenance constantly even though they never seem to fix any of the problems. And the best part yet, bugs! Found bugs all over my apartment, wasn’t ever handled, had to try and exterminate myself but still kept finding them in different parts. Overall, I never leave reviews, but this company is terrible and they should be out of business, I highly recommend you look elsewhere to live.
