This is Rudy castillo,my daughters moved from Pearland to the Timber Canyon Apts here in Spring Tx. The management here has been great especially Amanda the manager. I got injured at work and I was out for 3 in a half weeks so it made me late on the rent. Amanda understood my situation was patient with me and worked with me. You can not put a price in the Management caring about their tenants. I’m glad I moved to these apartments. I recommend these apartments to anyone with kids because the schools are close by, the security is good and so is the management. Thank you, Amanda.
I've lived here a little over 3 years. I have never had any real issues. Diana in the leasing office has been great!! Usually the people in the leasing office are not so nice or have a little bit of an attitude. ( from other places I've lived). But Diana handles herself with poise and a great attitude. She is always smiling. She has handled the few request that I have had with promptness and urgency as if I was the only one that lives here. She makes it very pleasant to live here and I appreciate her kindness and great attitude. OH!! The apartments are great too!!

I moved out in October but they required 60 days notice after my lease was up. I therefore gave the notice and paid in advance through the end of the year (December 31). I dropped the keys off at the office before the end of the year and flew to Miami to go to the the Orange Bowl on New's Years Eve. Months later, the office then claimed I dropped the keys off on the 5th (while I was still in Miami) and charged me over $200 extra and withheld my deposit. It is just a ploy. The person in the office did not offer a receipt when I dropped off the keys, just "Thank you" and now they demand I have "proof" of when the keys were dropped off. Beware. They will lie to take your money and deny your deposit and use the threat of a credit report to hold you hostage.

Since I've been living here I haven't had no major problems but i am looking for a bigger I place these don't have 3 bed rooms.
