This is the most disgusting place Ive ever lived. They are money hungry dishonest people. The overturn rate for the leasing and property management is outrageous. Everytime I had an issue there was a new person dealing with my case and they had no knowledge of my complaints. I complained multiple times about mice nothing was done and when I actually asked the manager to come look, she declined as she was "afraid of mice" My final straw leaving for the weekend and returning home with my in my toddlers bed. She wont even sleep by herself now. They are HORRIBLE

Home been remodel with gutted out but I have live with roaches and mices.. I have traps throughout my whole place and catch at least every night. I have plastic bags in holes around the base to keep them out which doesn’t help. The lease saids smoking is prohibited but you are so close to neighbor it come through vents. Hallways smell terrible of animals; police and first responders are constantly in the neighborhood. Office staff are friendly but have no control and you can’t reach no higher management for questions.

This place is NASTY. Filled with roaches and mice in your house. Front office and maintenance do nothing about it. All maintenance do is filled the floor holes and put out sticky traps, Pest control comes and barley do nothing about roaches. You should not be living in a place where mice walks around freely and roaches crawling on you, DISGUSTING!!!

I do not recommend these apartments ! Stay far away from here don’t let the affordable price point fool you, this place is all smoke and mirrors ! Honestly where do I start leasing here was a nightmare process should have know then all the problems I would be dealing with. I am a new resident at Elevations One , I have lived here for approximately 7 days and I already know this is going to be the longest year of my life !!!! The most irritating and unprofessional thing happened to me today my package was not delivered because I don’t have a door number on my door, I fold them the day of move in and was informed that that’s not an emergency! My front door doesn’t close securely which is a safety hazard to me and my family ! There is raises carpet all over the apartment due to loose floor boards. They carpet did not smell as if it had been cleaned before I moved in , I got down on the floor and smelled it ! There was no new apartment smell, the apartment was not MOVE IN READY ! Cabinets are tarnished . Dishwasher had dead roaches and even though I cleaned it , I still don’t trust it because it has a weird smell! Paint spots all over the hardwood as if they took no precaution while painting the place. Trash in apartment buildings , caprisun and chip trash in the hallways attracting unwanted company (roaches) Leftover trash from previous tenant , I had to go through and thoroughly disinfect and deep clean the whole house before I even felt comfortable moving my 9 month old in . I’ve never heard of an apartment not coming with a shower stopper! The toilet paper holder is not sturdy. I said all of this to staff and the property manager hasn’t at all reached out to me to see if the matters had be handled or even to apologize for all this BS! DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!! There’s a bunch of activity in the neighborhood and it smells like a million cigarettes in front of these apartment buildings because you’re not allowed to smoke in your apartment! Nothing screams welcome home like the smell of a million cigarettes and people smoking right in front !!!!! I am so over this place and it’s literally been a week that I lived here !!! When my lease is up definitely won’t be renewing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These apartments have been completed remodeled (not gutted out) and are very nice inside, yet they can't seem to get rid of the roaches. The pest control sprays repeatedly (which can be harmful for humans and dogs) yet they don't address the tenants causing the roaches. So the infestations from those tenants continue to attack other "clean" units. When you contact the office, the only resolution is to spray. They need to get rid of the uncleanly tenants to resolve the issue.

My home is a 4 bedroom apartment. Has lots of natural light, I guess that's why my electric bill is very affordable, less than $100 a month. Has lots of closets which is great for all my children's stuff. Very close to grocery stores and the bus is right there just a few minutes walking distance. There is also lots of restaurants just minutes away and also Potomac Mills Mall is just a bus ride away! Quiet neighbors, and now have new playground and new washers and dryers which is so convenient don't have to drag bags to the laundry mat in the cold. Children enjoy the large swimming pool. Very happy with my home.

A great experience to live in Bellona Rd, many good people and down to earth personalities around. We enjoy all the time going and walking around. This place has many routes to I-95 which makes all our travels to other cities very easy and fast... Overall the apartment conditions are good expect the pest, insects and bad bugs are not good! !!

My name is Sylvia Webster and i live at Glen Arbor Apartments. I would like to tell you about how i couldn't have picked a better place to live. Since Jennifer has been the property manager the place has improved greatly. If i have a problem in my apartment, the office takes care of it right away. I also love how the office has community events for the tenets. Last but not least, i love the upgraded laundry facilities, the playground for the kids and the remodeling of the buildings.keep up the great work there's no place i rather live then glen arbor apartments.
