The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Eleanor
Unfortunately, Mack property managment as a whole wasn?t super responsive or transparent after repeated break ins. I?ve had my thing stolen multiple times, always break ins.
I feel like leasing service is getting more communicative and more community activities are happening.
I feel at home here. The building is clean and well maintained. I do feel safe for the most part.
feel safe, wonderful staff and apt feels like home. I would recommend the "Eleanor" as a place called home.
The break ins in the storage units are troublesome and the hendling of that, the keeping it quiet is not the level of transparency that I appreciate in a community.
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we love the building, but it is definitely starting to show wear and tear. Especially in the common areas there seems to be a lot of maintenance issues with the doors. I have also heard many stories of break ins to the garage and recently the storage unit.
I have lived at the Eleanor for nearly a year. It is a great location and the building is nice, although they do have trouble keeping tenants. The management has not been very responsive to the few issues I have had, but it's been mostly fine. Now that I have given notice, however, things have taken a turn for the worse. They won't let me out of the parking for the last month of our lease, even with 20 days notice and I am fully expecting to have serious issues with the deposit. In the 12 years I've rented in Seattle I've never had such a negative experience with management.
