Property Ratings at Elation at Grandway West
The neighbor disruption here is the absolute worse, the music is blasting so loud constantly every single day, and the upstair footstep noise is thunderous at all hours. I have contacted management multiple times about this issue, each time I was being assured that it will be taken care of by the next week or so but it’s been months and nothing has change. The management people that I’d spoken to are always nice and professional, but I guess the neighbors are just being disrespectful at this point. The rent increase by so much every year with so many extra miscellaneous fees added, but there are no improvement made to the property. Again, management is always nice to me and I appreciate that, but the issue never got resolve, so I can’t wait to get out of here.
Mold, daily car break-ins, loud neighbors, unsupervised children running around, rude management, etc. Been living here since they first open and new management has caused the property to go down. Save your hard earned money and look elsewhere.
I have lived here since 2020 when it was managed by a different company (which is why there was a previous 5 star review), since new company took over this place has gone WAY down hill! We’ve had a truck stolen from the complex and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done about it, even after writing the property manager about it and fixing the gates. The gates are always broken, the front entrance key pad has not worked in over a year, and the property is filthy. Want to go to the pool and relax? Forget about it, there’s always a bunch of people who don’t even live in the complex that go and are constantly having parties and hogging up the grills, putting the chairs in the pool and all the umbrellas are broken. We have a second pool, but that never gets cleaned. I have spoken to management multiple times about the smell of weed coming through my vents and causing my home and clothes to smell, to which they say they’re going to do something about and don’t. The people who mow the yards do a crappy job and leave the gates open which allows my neighbors dogs to come in my yard with my dogs who do not get along. I’m absolutely fed up! I regret ever renewing my lease and counting down the days until I can get out of here!
The leasing team here is very inconsiderate. You will not get an answer from them for even emergencies unless you go up to the office and ask to speak with a manager. I am pregnant and I’ve had a refrigerator that i came home to filled with bugs and larva. I was told i will have to get it removed due to health concern. I was unable to use the refrigerator for almost a month. I’ve reported it multiple times and they didn’t do anything about it for three weeks until I went up to the office and demanded some type of solution. Now they are currently saying i have to pay for a new refrigerator which the problem was not in my hands. I’ve also had electrical problems in my unit that have not gotten fixed for months. You will literally have to bug them to fix a problem. I have bugs all in my unit due to me being on the first level i thought i could deal with it. I’ve had pest people come Multiple times and they would just spray in 2 corners and leave. This place looks nice but not worth it.
Terrible management that never communicates anything, never answers the phone or emails, and they are rude when they do answer. Put in new “speed bumps” and while doing so, blocked half of the drive. Poop everywhere from no one picking up after their pets but who blames them because there’s never bags to pick up with. Break ins at the back of the complex but nothing said to residents about it. We have to learn everything from each other, sadly. Beautiful apartments and has great potential but not with the staff it has now. Also pretty sure they’re just letting anyone who shows up move in.

I was one minute late to my apartment tour and they had the audacity to tell me to reschedule when I was already there. Then they tried to say it’s policy yet after discussion this situation with the community manager for 15 MINUTES she wanted to give us a tour. Please tell me how that makes sense? Then we ask where Jonsua was at. And they replied that he was on property. When we saw Jonsua get on the golf cart at 5:28m and go into community. So you mean to tell me the leasing consultant had an appointment at 5:30 and wasn’t even their for the appointment?

Although I just moved here last weekend, I can say so far that I LOVE IT HERE! The community is beautiful. The apartment is GORGEOUS! The office staff are nothing short of absolutely wonderful, especially Jonsua. He's so friendly and is very responsive to all my emails and questions. He made the move-in process a breeze. One of my favorite parts of living here so far is how quiet it is! The amenities are nice, as well. The pool is beautiful. Yes, it closes at 5pm, but that's because some people were not using it the way they should have been, and management was being considerate of those who live right by the pool. Maybe in the future it will open up later again, but until then, management made the right decision in closing it early. Everything in my apartment works the way it should, and I just couldn't be happier with my decision to move here.
