I had an excellent experience with the management team at my new place. The lease signing process was smooth and straightforward, with no complications. The staff is incredibly friendly and communicative, always ready to help with anything I need. They make sure that I feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. I really appreciate their attentiveness and how quickly they respond to any requests. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

The management team at Elan Union consistently fails to support tenants. As others have pointed out, they lack accountability, empathy, and clear communication. Important notices and reminders are often sent only after an issue has already occurred, leaving residents frustrated and uninformed. Package deliveries are another ongoing headache. If your package isn’t in the mailroom, be prepared for a scavenger hunt across three other locations just to track it down. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and poor management make living here far more frustrating than it should be. If you're looking for a well-managed, hassle-free living experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Elan community has the most amazing leasing team, highly professional. Quiet / clean / great location . I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a home!

I lived in 2 different 2 bedrooms during my stay at Elan. I never once had a problem. The leasing staff has always been kind and accommodating. Maintenance is wonderful. I was devastated leaving when I made a long distance move. The property manager John has always gone above and beyond to keep the building peaceful. He’s put on great community events and was the highlight of my stay. He made sure my requests were always met or we could come to a reasonable compromise. Overall a stellar community. I have worked in property management and I can assure you this has been the best place I’ve lived in MA. 10/10

Elan Union Market provides the comfort, convenience and charm of Watertown along with proximity to Cambridge. I love the modern amenities and especially the pool. It is pet-friendly, family-friendly and a terrific place to live in the Boston area.

The facility is beautiful inside and out. The grounds are well maintained. Neighbors and employees are kind and welcoming. As of yet, I have nothing negative to say about my living experience at EUM.

Great place to live, leasing office staff is always professional, courteous and helpful. They try really hard to foster community spirit with the events.

Relatively new community with great floor plans for 2B2B, It has been a positive experience overall. Can improve on some aspects such as accessibility to leasing office and the handling of packages, but overall positive experience so far

Great community, I like almost everything in it. Spacious apartments, great amenities, it is dog friedly so please note it priot to move in.

The package room is a nightmare and the office does NOT notify you of any packages you receive. The newest rule (to "fix this") is they will be returning packages not picked up in 7 days. This includes flowers, and gifts that people send you - so you better know if someone is sending you something. no surprises allowed here.

My apartment was clean and functional. The facility looks well maintained and has a great atmosphere. Luis and Orien were beyond helpful during my move in.

Great building with great amenities. The only thing I dislike is that the stove vent is not connected to outside.

I recently live in Elan Union and experience only positive. The apartment is clean, light, the furniture looks new. The building itself is very beautiful, clean, has all the amenities.

It’s easy to put in a maintenance call, and the service is prompt. They are responsive and professional.

Elan Union Market is a friendly and an especially pet-friendly apartment in a very convenient location close to Watertown Square, the Charles River and bus routes. I love the many amenities it provides and is a safe, quiet place to live.

I no longer like living here. The trash rooms are disgusting and people don’t pick up after their animals. Management hasn’t been as great as it was before and my concerns aren’t being addressed.

this property has a nice amenity, and the open flooring layout is modern and good size walk-in closet. Location is very convenient if you work near Watertown area. However, the sound proofing in this complex is one of the worst among this pricing range of condominium that I have stayed. If you are not sensitive to noise, this is a good place to lease.

It had been a great experience until management and maintenance changed. Sadly, we will not be recommending Elan as we previously were to friends and family seeking apartments in the area.

The staff at Elan is very helpful and got us approved very quickly. Our questions were answered as they came up and the move in experience was a good one. We are very happy in our new home and hope to make this our home for years to come!

Living in Elan Union Market is comfortable and reassuring. The management here is quite responsive and able to address my problem in a short period. And the staff are nice and considerate. I have been living here for more than 2 years and I feel really good, even when working from home during the pandamic.

Generally, the 130 building is nice, the 140 building is a bit old, especially the 3 bedroom units, the mirrors are breaking down around the edges. The facilities are great but the management needs some major upgrades. When the lady manager was still on duty (in 2020), it was all good, staff are nice, maintenance can be done at a timely fashion, but now it would take 6 month to fix a broken sliding door? It seems like once the contract is signed, they don't care any more!

I just moved in, the community is very well maintained, amenities are great and people are all nice. The resident portal so far is not proving that great; the money it shows I owe are incorrect and my first work order was closed with zero contact or resolution.

I truly enjoy living at Elan Union Market for its terrific amenities such as the pool, fire pits and gym as well as its convenient location and proximity to the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What is also great are the number of friendly residents with the cutest canines. That really adds to the sense of community I feel here, and I dont even have my own dog. Ive lived in the Boston area for quite some time, and this is by far the best place Ive lived.

I've been here for about 2 weeks and love it so far! Overall, everything is very clean, pretty quiet, and really was just like I hoped it would be!

Our experience as a family with children has been stellar. We are able to walk to parks, bike paths, the public library, and excellent schools. The area feels very safe, and neighbors are friendly. The free treats from management, like bubble tea and bagels, are a fun surprise for the kids! We love the animal friendly community as well. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The outside spaces are thoughtfully designed, and we enjoy our courtyard view of trees and flowers in the garden.

The staff at Elan have been very supportive of our move, and made our family feel right at home!

Its a nice community. I stay to myself mostly but its a beautiful town surrounded by lots of shops and close to Boston.

Elan Union Market is very conveniently located, and I have very much enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood and environs. It is an attractive, quiet and clean residential complex with many amenities. I truly feel valued as the salutation of each incoming email from management states.

Elan Union Market lives up to its name, for it offers the style, energy, liveliness and flair of elan,and the sense of community and wholeness of union. Its location just outside of Watertown Square provides incredible convenience and the amenities of a fitness center, covered parking, outdoor pool and courtyards among others make for a very functional and comfortable living experience. The pet-friendly aspect of the community is a big plus. Why would I ever move?
