Elan Inwood is a special community. Private, clean, quiet, well run and maintained beautifully! The large 2-car garages are a huge feature, especially if you have nice vehicles. The community location is great, with all of the services you need within a 5 minute drive from your home!

Best place I have lived in the last 10 years. This might sound insignificant but having a front door and a garage and only 2 levels makes it perfect for my lifestyle! I would like to meet more of the residents, but I own that part.

This place is a dump. Pay for exterminator monthly yet 3 times ant infestation. Tell me to buy my own bait. Maintenance shows up eventually but never fixes problems. Called out 3 times about washer, now I have a leak through my ceiling and no idea when it will be fixed. Called about loose toilet, never fixed. Loose shower handle…never fixed.

Pest control is offered every Wednesday for any issues you may have. Please enter a service request for service when needed. We will make sure our vendor takes care of your home, provided they are able to gain access. You should not have to purchase your own bait. If this is what you were told, I deeply apologize. I sold my home in the gated community of Lake Forest. The transition to my new townhouse at Elan Inwood was so easy. I love being able to walk in the adjacent neighborhoods each day. All my Preston Hollow stores are still close by. It's also easy access to both Love Field and DFW.

Elan Inwood is an upscale apartment that feels like home overnight. The management team is friendly and responsive. The floor plan, finish out and amenities are first class. Also, the technology (fiber to each unit) and online apps for gate and connectivity are great. Were remodeling our home nearby and this is the perfect place to live during the renovation!

We moved into Elan in Feb and the experience has been fantastic. The entire office management and staff are exceptional and continue to impress me with how they go above and beyond for the residents. The units are spacious and the location is excellent.

The staff is amazing. They are so friendly and willing to help with whatever needs you may have. The property is beautiful, quiet and in a great location. I love that the units have garages and yards. It is really hard to find rentals that are gated, new, nice, has garages and yards. There are even Single Family Homes that offer large backyards. Love the new concept for community living.
