We have been living in this apartment for a year now and we love it. If something breaks the team answers promptly and fixes it. The amenities are in good condition, always clean, and the workers are very kind. Our only complaint is sometimes listening to the noise from neighbors, if you’re looking for soundproof apartments this is not one of them.

Since moving in, the staff has been super helpful & nice. We had some concerns after moving in and they were handled promptly. We’ve only been here for a few days and are pleased with our new home.
The ambiance & friendly nature of the building is welcoming. The staff has been professional & very accommodating. It’s only been a couple of days but I can already tell staying here at the Edge will be a decision worth while!
I have lived at Edge for few months, and my experience has been fantastic! From the moment I moved in, the management and maintenance teams have been incredibly responsive and friendly. Any time I’ve had a question or a minor maintenance request, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The community itself is well-kept, with clean common areas, beautifully landscaped grounds, and great amenities. I especially enjoy the amenities, which make living here even more enjoyable. Parking is convenient, and I always feel safe walking around, even at night.

Would like to have more BBQ grills, clean roof top furniture and more electric vehicle chargers at Avenue F building. Also maybe some spa events can be arranged, like a mani/paid night or some facials ;)
We were lucky enough to get a tour from Carmen. While the building itself is simply amazing - great big courtyards and common areas- the staff are always one of a kind. The building is leading the way into transforming into making a little community with the tenants - which is great for those of us with kids. Hosting game nights , paint and sips , even food decorating contest. This will be my first experience not living in a “house” and I am actually excited for all that edge had to offer my little family. Love the establishment so far. Definitely brings the lux to Luxury. Would recommend to others. Can use a few adjustments here and there like lighting in the room but overall I have not been disappointed

I have been living at The Edge for 2.5 hours and overall, my experience has been positive. The building is modern and well-maintained, with a sleek design that really stands out in the neighborhood. The amenities, including the gym, game room and, rooftop contribute to a comfortable living experience. The management team is responsive and helpful, always addressing concerns promptly, even though not face-to face. The building is also well-secured, which adds to the peace of mind. One of the highlights is the location. The Edge is conveniently situated near multiple stores, restaurants and a LightRail, making it easy to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer. The views from my apartment are stunning, and I love coming home to such a beautiful and vibrant place. Overall, I would highly recommend The Edge to anyone looking for a great place to live in Bayonne.

My experience has been mediocre to be honest. I moved here because I loved the amenities but it has been unbearable. The gym and club room is hot which makes the space vulnerable to infections that spread through bodily fluid. The gym equipment is not cleaned on a daily basis. Only the floor gets mopped. The gym temperature is always locked and there are no windows in this space. Also in order to use the amenity space which I am paying $600 yearly, I have to pay to use the space by an hourly rate and I am charged a to reserve the space which will be reimbursed. This has been unbearable and it mostly the reason why I will not be renewing my lease.

We love living in this apartment. The only downside is the construction going on next to our building, sometimes they do work while we are sleeping and that has made some nights a bit more difficult to rest.

Everything has been amazing so far. Its quiet, clean and always smells good. Management and leasing team is always happy and smiling. Amenities are always clean and never crowded. So excited for the resident events that happen every month. Also the bootcamp and belly dancing classes are a nice touch. 10/10 recommend living here

after 18 months, We just signed our new lease... we are very confortable here, its a nice place to live. The management team has been really proactive to fix issues, and host a small gathering at least once a month

Wonderful community. Ive lived here for 2 years now and considering a third. Mostly unproblematic and staff try their best to keep it that way. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Maintenance staff are top notch. Fun community activities planned regularly. Sometimes leasing staff or unresponsive or lacking in communication. Garage entrance needs to be... re-evaluated and changed.

The staff are nice and helpful. Amenities are nice but not available all the time. No perks for returning residents. Apartments are nice and new. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly.

We have been living at the Edge almost two years and we are so pleased with living in this building. The staff is incredible and so helpful, amenities are alway clean and well maintained, the location is perfect, the apartments are beautiful and so much more good things. We are very happy with our experience and we definitely recommend this building if you are looking for a great customer service and a homie place to live.

Great staff, quiet respectful neighbors. Beautiful building. Great amenities. I think we need a better trash removal system though. Also entering and exiting the garage can be a nightmare when there’s multiple people coming.

Living here so far has been a good experience. The leasing team was very helpful when getting started, the common areas are clean for the most part, and the super/maintenance team(Andrew -Abe) are great and and have helped us very promptly when needed. There were some changes on the admin/ leasing office at the beginning on 2023, but things seem to be stable again
