All is well so far! Feels like living in a vacation :) but it does add up, making it hard to save. Looking forward to using more of the amenities to make it all worth it.
Hello, I am writing this response to announce my experience here at "Edge Apartments". I am living here since February, 2025 and it was awesome. The Apartment is quite spacious and enjoyable to live. The bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen all are to my liking and even more. It was a safe and secured environment. Only with Access can be entered into the building. One thing I am proud to say is the amenities they offer. That includes Private workspace, Public workspace, Gym room, Yoga room and Clubhouse. There are lot more offered in the Clubhouse which are exciting and mood lifting. It also includes a Coffee Machine. They also offer lunch and Snacks sometimes and the people here are nothing but great. The maintenance team really does the Job. Though it takes 24 hrs to finish. Lot of places nearby mentionably walmart and Costco. Easy access to Bus and HBLR. TBH, my overall experience is not great, it's awesome.

The building is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. I’m very glad I found this place! You should definitely stop in for a tour!

The overall experience is great, the garbage place is really hard to use, the bottom above the door always broken and it cannot be opened. And people have to put garbage back in the recycle bin

Love my unit and the amenities are nice. A lot more expensive than they let on, additional 4-500 for each month on top of the rent. Walkable to many places nearby

Mailroom is of concern as well as response to concerns . Mattress in the hallway for 3 weeks has not been removed . It was brought to staffs attention but no resolution

The atmosphere at Edge Bozzuto has become a true sanctuary for me. Everything I need for a peaceful life is right here. People often describe apartment living as a ‘concrete jungle,’ but Edge Bozzuto has redefined that experience. The beautifully designed courtyard and natural ambiance bring serenity and balance to everyday life — it truly feels like home.
Such a great place to live. Clean, safe, full of smiles. For sure a great community with amazing amenities that are always available. Everyone working in the lobby is so respectful and sweet. They recognize you, speak kindly to your children and are always planning new events to create a stronger community with the residents.
I just moved in last week but everything has been great so far. I’m looking forward to living here. I have to say the appliances are top tier.
Love the building, clean, quiet, and cozy. Perfectly located near a Walmart supercenter so easy to go in real quick for a snack or groceries.
Service and maintenance have declined over the past 6 months: The garage door breaks almost weekly, often staying open overnight — posing safety risks. I've had to park on the street multiple times and received several tickets and also change my personal plans since I couldn't get out of the garage as a result. One of the EV charger clips has been broken since winter with no repair. Staff is rarely on-site, especially on Mondays. The weekday concierge is unprofessional —watching movies, talking on the phone, and not greeting residents. Hallway carpets are dirty, the printer is often out of ink for days, and the stapler hasn’t been refilled in nearly a year. The rooftop trash can was removed over a year ago and hasn’t been replaced. This used to be a well-maintained property, but the decline in service and lack of accountability is disappointing. Management needs to address these concerns and restore proper upkeep and support for residents.
Nice place - well kept, emphasis on maintenance, genuinely kind employees. Communication between management and tenants is first rate. I recommend living here!

No real engagement with other residents. A lot more rules has been implemented then when I first moved in. When I first moved in my ice maker wasn’t working.

The building itself is great, and the maintenance team is responsive and dependable. However, there is a noticeable lack of effective communication from management. The management style might be more suitable for early college students rather than working professionals or families. For adults seeking consistent, professional oversight, this is not the level of management one would expect in order to maintain quality tenants and a well-run community.

There are still a lot of improvements that need to be made. There is terrible communication and it seems as if anyone is being selected to live here.

You should give a tour when your residents check in (I didn't get one). There should be a welcome kit in the apartment. (I didn't have one) There are a lot of snags in the apartment.

We have been living in this apartment for a year now and we love it. If something breaks the team answers promptly and fixes it. The amenities are in good condition, always clean, and the workers are very kind. Our only complaint is sometimes listening to the noise from neighbors, if you’re looking for soundproof apartments this is not one of them.

Since moving in, the staff has been super helpful & nice. We had some concerns after moving in and they were handled promptly. We’ve only been here for a few days and are pleased with our new home.
The ambiance & friendly nature of the building is welcoming. The staff has been professional & very accommodating. It’s only been a couple of days but I can already tell staying here at the Edge will be a decision worth while!
I have lived at Edge for few months, and my experience has been fantastic! From the moment I moved in, the management and maintenance teams have been incredibly responsive and friendly. Any time I’ve had a question or a minor maintenance request, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The community itself is well-kept, with clean common areas, beautifully landscaped grounds, and great amenities. I especially enjoy the amenities, which make living here even more enjoyable. Parking is convenient, and I always feel safe walking around, even at night.

Would like to have more BBQ grills, clean roof top furniture and more electric vehicle chargers at Avenue F building. Also maybe some spa events can be arranged, like a mani/paid night or some facials ;)
We were lucky enough to get a tour from Carmen. While the building itself is simply amazing - great big courtyards and common areas- the staff are always one of a kind. The building is leading the way into transforming into making a little community with the tenants - which is great for those of us with kids. Hosting game nights , paint and sips , even food decorating contest. This will be my first experience not living in a “house” and I am actually excited for all that edge had to offer my little family. Love the establishment so far. Definitely brings the lux to Luxury. Would recommend to others. Can use a few adjustments here and there like lighting in the room but overall I have not been disappointed

I have been living at The Edge for 2.5 hours and overall, my experience has been positive. The building is modern and well-maintained, with a sleek design that really stands out in the neighborhood. The amenities, including the gym, game room and, rooftop contribute to a comfortable living experience. The management team is responsive and helpful, always addressing concerns promptly, even though not face-to face. The building is also well-secured, which adds to the peace of mind. One of the highlights is the location. The Edge is conveniently situated near multiple stores, restaurants and a LightRail, making it easy to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer. The views from my apartment are stunning, and I love coming home to such a beautiful and vibrant place. Overall, I would highly recommend The Edge to anyone looking for a great place to live in Bayonne.

My experience has been mediocre to be honest. I moved here because I loved the amenities but it has been unbearable. The gym and club room is hot which makes the space vulnerable to infections that spread through bodily fluid. The gym equipment is not cleaned on a daily basis. Only the floor gets mopped. The gym temperature is always locked and there are no windows in this space. Also in order to use the amenity space which I am paying $600 yearly, I have to pay to use the space by an hourly rate and I am charged a to reserve the space which will be reimbursed. This has been unbearable and it mostly the reason why I will not be renewing my lease.
