Loving the hospitality of the staff, will be updating feedback. Everyone is quite friendly esp the staff is super friendly, helpful and loving towards us and kids in particular.
Having a great time living here so far. The gym is so convenient, feels good not having to leave the property to go to the gym. Haven't relaxed in the clubroom yet but I probably will this weekend! The courtyard is very beautiful and the CO working spaces are a hit - only issue I have is I hear my neighbor upstairs when they come home or during the middle of the night walking (some heavy feet) .. unfortunate. Other than that, everything is really smooth and cool. I wish there was a locker system for packages though (my old spot had that) - so much easier to grab a package instead of looking into each section for it. I am glad there are sections though! Very awesome place to live, great community, etc. ??

This is my third month living at Edge Apartments, and I absolutely love it here! The environment is calm and peaceful, and all the staff members are very nice and welcoming. The community is well-maintained — from the hallways to the trash rooms, everything is kept clean and organized. I especially enjoy spending time on my balcony, which overlooks the quiet and clean courtyard — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location is also very convenient, with the light rail just 10–15 minutes away and plenty of shops nearby like Costco, Walmart, and more. Honestly, what more could you ask for in an apartment? Edge Apartments is perfect in every way. Highly recommend it!

In edge apartments,I feel so secure and part of a community. I can pursue my fitness goals because the fitness centre is so accessible. Clubroom and the courtyard are the perfect place to unwind with my family! I am happy with this choice for my first home.

Happy to share that we have renewed my lease for another 2 years. I think that says a lot, and how satisfying it has been living here. The team here continues to be great, anything we need, it is always addressed in a timely manner.
It’s going good so far I do wish that people would respect the garbage room rules more it gets pretty impossible in there at time also quiet hours tend to not be respected lately the building itself is great
We moved into edge recently and our experience so far has been so seamless and smooth.We had a small request regarding availability of hot water which was resolved within a very short span of time. I am loving the layout and a view from my apartment. Looking forward to explore and continue enjoying my stay here at edge. A big shout out to Skylar and other leasing office committee members for being so quick and responsive.

My unit is stunning. The finishes are truly top notch, and you can tell they put real thought into the comfort and usability of the Avenue F apartment units. The maintenance team takes pride in the building and their work, and I always see them cleaning, gardening and chatting with residents. The staff are very friendly, and the neighbors seem really chill, which is great! The price is a little bit more than I wanted to spend, but BABBYYYYYY the rooftop patio is massive and worth every single penny! I can’t wait to experience some of the resident activities and the amenities when I have the time. So far, my first month here has been awesome. ??

Building is clean and safe. Enjoying the amenities (particularly the courtyard). Dog run is a variable, although seems to have stabilized. Love living here!

I’ve really enjoyed staying at Edge Apartments. The community is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The gym, yoga room, and club room are great perks, and the courtyards make the place feel peaceful. The location is super convenient – just a short walk to the 22nd Street Light Rail, which makes commuting to Jersey City and New York really easy. The staff are wonderful. The amenities are great. The property is well maintained, the maintenance staff are prompt. The property is located close to the light rail station and to shops.
Firstly.. Before I stepped into the building I was greeted by Ma. Jamilah and Ed.. The warmest welcoming and introduction to the building has me already sold. Ma. Jamilah thank you for being an amazing person and welcoming me into New Jersey.
I moved into Edge Apartments in mid-July, and my experience so far has been excellent. I’m really enjoying the dedicated workspace with a separate room, which gives me the privacy I need for office calls. The gym is well-equipped with everything I need for a solid workout. One of my favorite spots is the courtyard—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, the apartment has everything I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I would definitely recommend Edge Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

This is my first time living in a luxury apartment building and i’ve never been more grateful. The management and maintenance team have been amazing at communicating and timely responses through email and phone calls. Although i haven’t been able to attend some of the resident events, it’s refreshing to see a constant stream of new things to do within the building. So far so great!

Hello, I am writing this response to announce my experience here at "Edge Apartments". I am living here since February, 2025 and it was awesome. The Apartment is quite spacious and enjoyable to live. The bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen all are to my liking and even more. It was a safe and secured environment. Only with Access can be entered into the building. One thing I am proud to say is the amenities they offer. That includes Private workspace, Public workspace, Gym room, Yoga room and Clubhouse. There are lot more offered in the Clubhouse which are exciting and mood lifting. It also includes a Coffee Machine. They also offer lunch and Snacks sometimes and the people here are nothing but great. The maintenance team really does the Job. Though it takes 24 hrs to finish. Lot of places nearby mentionably walmart and Costco. Easy access to Bus and HBLR. TBH, my overall experience is not great, it's awesome.

The overall experience is great, the garbage place is really hard to use, the bottom above the door always broken and it cannot be opened. And people have to put garbage back in the recycle bin

Love the building, clean, quiet, and cozy. Perfectly located near a Walmart supercenter so easy to go in real quick for a snack or groceries.
Service and maintenance have declined over the past 6 months: The garage door breaks almost weekly, often staying open overnight — posing safety risks. I've had to park on the street multiple times and received several tickets and also change my personal plans since I couldn't get out of the garage as a result. One of the EV charger clips has been broken since winter with no repair. Staff is rarely on-site, especially on Mondays. The weekday concierge is unprofessional —watching movies, talking on the phone, and not greeting residents. Hallway carpets are dirty, the printer is often out of ink for days, and the stapler hasn’t been refilled in nearly a year. The rooftop trash can was removed over a year ago and hasn’t been replaced. This used to be a well-maintained property, but the decline in service and lack of accountability is disappointing. Management needs to address these concerns and restore proper upkeep and support for residents.
Nice place - well kept, emphasis on maintenance, genuinely kind employees. Communication between management and tenants is first rate. I recommend living here!
