Eden at Sunterra has been a great choice for our family. At Eden Sunterra, the maintenance team is in place and ready to take care of your needs. The response time for your request is quick. Laura and Luis were great at working on the maintenance request we entered and were respectful of our time. All of the requests were completed and resolved. Two (2) builder or landscaper issues that will be addressed by them when they contact us. Also, two (2) interior builder issues will be addressed by them when they contact us.

I’m very pleased thus far with the Eden at Sonterra I was definitely weary coming into a renter experience with a townhome. However, it has been a pleasurable experience Landry and Emily are stellar with being clear and concise. And Chris the maintenance man is very knowledgeable, very respectful, prompt, and he gets in and gets things done and gets right back out.

Our family had a wonderful experience moving from the East Coast to Texas and leasing with Eden. The leasing/management team was absolutely amazing - friendly and knowledgeable and made the process completely painless. After a month of searching for rentals and struggling with the process, we found Eden, applied, were approved and leased within a day or so. The homes are beautiful, although be aware depending on your cell carrier and location WiFi is an immediate must as the signal strength can be spotty. The neighborhood is clean, well maintained and the other residents seem to be very friendly and warm. We love the amenities in the area - could not be happier with our decision!
