The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Echelon on 99
This property has potential, but it's not managed well. The common grounds are disgusting including the sidewalks all over the community. Staff does not walk or clean around the community on a regular basis. Maintenance request often go unanswered. The trash pickup has improved but still has a long way to go. Management does not listen, does not care about suggestions to improve the community, and allows disruptive behavior (loud noise and the constant smell of marijuana) in this community. Please don't waste your money or time if you're looking for a nice place to live. THIS IS NOT IT!!

NOW I AM MAD!! When you mess with my dog I AM MAD!! I have asked several times, yet actually went in person to tell the leasing staff about the infestation occurring outside in the grass with FLEAS. We have been dealing with this issue for 1 YEAR now and there has been no resolvement of this flea infestation. I have pictures to prove that my dog has been constantly suffering living here. We pay the additional fees of having a pet added to our bill, yet they don't do anything to help but pocket the extra cash they receive. We have asked to apply flea treatments to the outside grassy areas, but this problem still occurs. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. My recommendation is to avoid these Echelon 99 apartments like the plague. They don't care about the tenets or the pets living here. Last month I got my plates stolen from my car and they did nothing to make this place safer. AND please!! save your stupid generic reply comment of having ME calling you for any concern. NO MA'AM you know where to contact me because I'm not stopping here this review is getting posted everywhere.
When we moved in here a few years ago, management was great. It has declined significantly over the past two years. Example, yesterday I put in a work order for a clogged kitchen sink. Came home after a long day of work and found the notice saying it was unclogged. Great I though. Went to rinse my tea pot so I could make fresh tea and noticed the water wasn't draining. Turned on the disposal to see if that would clear the drain but no it spit up water in both sides of the sink and neither one would drain. Same issue as yesterday. Called the front office to report it and basically told to suck it up and they would deal with it tomorrow. Can't cook dinner. Can't wash dishes or run the dishwasher. Asked if someone was bringing me dinner. I have a broken foot in a walking cast and already walked up two flights of stairs. Simply too exhausted after working 10 hours to go back down and then up again. Poorly managed property.
I’ve been here for about 8 months and I love it here. The unit is very spacious, I have a wonderful view of the lake and it really feels like home. Office staff and maintenance are awesome!!! I’m glad I decided to move here!
The leasing staff goes above & beyond. Maintenance issues are fixed the same day. The pool, fitness center & leasing office is beautiful. Take advantage of those nice amenities! I’ve loved my experience at these apartments so far & would definitely recommend them to anyone. The apartments are very spacious & not to mention close to everything you need!
One of the finest places to live. Well maintained rooms, reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly.
This place is not bad the view is good the pool is nice the gym could use more machines pretty good apartments besides the parking problems but slowly there fixing it.
Been living at these apartments since February and been having no issues. Property is clean and always see maintenance working around property. Management team is very helpful.
Pro: 1. nice amenities 2. stunning view in unit and on the rooftop 3. professional management team who know what they are doing 4. units are in perfect conditions Con: 1. might be expensive to some 2. they are constantly upgrading the database + website system, so there are minor flaws.
Already lived here for 13 months since late May 2019 and just renewed the lease for another year. This is one of the best buildings we have lived in. The building has some great amenities. And the management team is outstanding. The doormen are extremely nice and feel like family to us.
I’ve only been here since November 2019 but the management and front desk wasted no time making us feel at home! The community events have been wonderful and really adds to the luxurious feel of this building. I love coming home because the amazing front desk staff always have a smile and a greeting for you. I’d call them out by name but I honestly adore the entire staff.
Front desk staff is really the best! Angelina and Haley are so welcoming and always remember your name. Package pick up is always quick and easy and food delivery is seamless :) maintenance always comes the day of and fixes any issues promptly. Fun events too. Love living here!
An amazing building surpasses only by the quality of its staff. I moved from out of state and the team made the process seamless. I highly recommend living here!
I love the energy that the staff brings no matter what time of day it is. They always give a warm welcome no matter how busy they are. It’s an honor to have a team that takes the time to get to know their tenants and refer to them on a first name basis. Keep up the great work and exemplary customer service!
The place is good for living with family every facilities are available here.
Everyone who works here, from maintenance and all the way up to management are some of the best. If you have any questions or need help with anything, the staff get it done quickly and efficiently. They go up and beyond to make The ECHELON 99 feel like home. Thank you!
From extremely loud banging, crashing, and stomping to heavy furniture being shoved across the floor multiple times a day by upstairs neighbors. We've lived here since last November and it's been nothing short of complaint after complaint. I work from home as an independent contractor, have a 10 year old, and I also take classes online, so having to complain to the front office is a real pain. I can think of about 1 million other things I'd rather do. It's not your typical upstairs noises from daily apartment living, but abnormal, WWE type crashing and banging going on. The new thing they like to do now is shove heavy furniture across the floors all hours of the day and night. Maybe they've decided to do some sort of cross fit with furniture pushing since all gyms are closed? I've gotten chemical burns from these geniuses pouring liquids over their balcony on to ours. Our grill has been badly damaged from them pouring things over, but the management is apparently powerless. All they can do is slap them on the wrist and tell them they're in violation. It's truly a depressing and anxiety filled situation we're living in here, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. If you want to move into these apartments because they look nice, I would recommend you take a second look. Once you move in you'll start to see the appliances are unusually tiny and mostly defective. Maintenance may or may not respond to your requests, and if you have small children it might not be the place for you because they allow boxers and rottweilers. I often see the owners of these dogs take them off leash and it scares me for the small children I see around here. Some of these nice reviews may be legit, but probably because management has not had to help them with any issues, so of course they're going to have some glowing reviews. They probably moved them into an apartment with a properly functioning oven/stove and a refrigerator that will actually fit a 2 liter of Coke. If you're never going to have an issue with anything, then this is probably the place for you. If you're single, I can see this would be a fine place for you. If you order from Amazon often like I do, this may not be the place for you. Management explained to me that they have a new delivery guy practically every week so you may or may not get your packages. I've had to re-order from Amazon multiple times and they're just NOW starting to deliver my items in a more secure fashion.
Angelina and Juan are great for customer service but everything has to go through Laura . Laura as a manager who should really cater to clients being happy so they extend their lease and stay longer has not been helpful. Recent experience as a new mover has not been great. The apartment looks beautiful but is cheaply made. Every little noise from upstairs is ECHOED and can be heard in your apartment, if are living on the second or first floor. LEASING OFFICE will come up with ways to charge you 15% extra every chance they get. We started to have a polite conversation to sort out this issue of constant noise from upstairs kid running all day while I try to work from home. Along with the constant running/drumming on our heads, we have been having terrible experience with Garage door noises every time it opens/ closes from the garages underneath around our apartment. As a new community person, this has been a very bad move all together. Had we known issues of garage noises and cheaply constructed apartment overall, we would have not moved in.

Dont rent this apartment, I’ve done reports over and over whether it’s with parking or roaches everywhere and of course no one has seemed to resolve the issue. If you’re willing to pay the hundreds of dollar per month, get ready to not be PLEASED AT ALL.
