Property Ratings at Eagle Hollow
Great location, close to city centre and a quick drive downtown. They have made renovations to exterior of buildings. The office managers are super nice and helpful. Especially Sunny!
I was completely disgusted during my tenure here. Went 2-3 weeks with no hot water, mold in my bathroom which led to my girlfriend and I being sick for the majority of the fall of 2022, maintenance done in my bathroom with trash and tools left behind from the maintenance team.
Unmaintained property. Roach infestation. Non customer oriented and unprofessional management. Management bullied at me and took my stuff and furniture by force. I will never ever recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
During this pandemic to keep your hard earn money even if you decide not to move in, because management team says one thing then another about being approved not being approved, requiring extra deposit then not needing extra deposit, then not qualifying for move in special then you are qualified, don’t make up their minds very confusing very dishonest and disappointing I understand take adm fee and application fee for the work of running application, but 300 deposit when not even moving in when they can’t decide and make up their minds on being approved or not, it should be a simple yes or no
MY ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING FOR 4 MONTHS. Why do they keep sending people on the roof for 5 minutes and think it's fixed? It's HOUSTON, IT RAINS ALL THE TIME HERE. We have this thing called HURRICANE SEASON, and it's in my apartment too because they can't afford to fix my roof. I beg anyone who cares about the wellbeing of their household to never live here.
There are many issues, but the most recent and pressing one has been my beiling. Since March 2020, it has had leaks. I went over a week without a ceiling fan or light upstairs because they didn't feel that it was important. Again in April it leaked and the same issue. Then may, they send someone to "fix" the roof. They're up there for literally less than 10 minutes. Because it's been leaking so much, I requested that they check for mold inside our ceiling. They instead send painters to cover all the brown spots. Absolutely ridiculous. I protested and told them that's not okay, so they sent someone to cut a hole and check, but I doubt they did anything because they did so while I was gone. Now my ceiling is leaking again all over my bed and carpet. The apartment complex could not care less about us, we are just money to them. I understand it's a cheaper apartment but having my bedroom rain every time it rains is unacceptable!
I've been living in this apartment for less than 3 months and I can say that it was average. There wasn't as much bugs as I expected so I knew they took care of their pest control. The office staff wasn't very helpful, but my stay here wasn't the worst I had.
