Property Ratings at Eagle Gate Apartments
We have just finished applying for a place at this community and could not be more pleased with the process. From the moment we first toured the property (no appointment - just walk-in), the staff were very accommodating and patient with our barrage of questions at every turn. We were impressed that this community doesn't nickle and dime for add-ons like on-site storage cages. Even reservations for the social room are available at no charge, which is a big plus for us when family and friends come to visit. The property is very well maintained and has a homey yet modern vibe. After the initial tour, we ran into a few hiccups with the online application portal, and the staff were super helpful in working through the issues with us. Compared to a nearby community we looked at recently, Eagle Gate's communication is stellar and really made us feel welcome. Thank you!

It's a beautiful building with great amenities, meticulously maintained and very secure. I feel very safe here and the location is excellent. I take my dog out very late in the evening and I don't feel that I need to feel unsafe. Wish we did have a community board to share things with and have community get togethers

Love living here! I’ve been a tenant for 12 years now and the staff cares and takes care of us. I just wish the rent wasn’t so crazy expensive. It’s increases in 12 years has almost doubled. Loyalty discounts and rewards might be a suggested incentive. Inflation is rough, no doubt, but what keeps me there/here is location, security, and the loyalty of the staff. It’s feels like home. They have all been the best!!!

Spent many years at this beautiful property. It is high end living with a close proximity to downtown SLC. They have a great office team (changed recently) who oh attention to detail and want to improve the resident experience. Wonderful amenities - I think the fitness center is the best. Had to move due to a job. Hope to be back in a couple years when my employment contract is over.

Expensive. Elevators often are "down." Trash room usually dirty and garbage dumpsters often overflowing.

We are working on adjusting the elevators so the seismic doesn't trip anymore and we're discussing options for spending more time in the trash room. Ive moved a couple of different times in the past couple of years and this is by far the best experience Ive had with the leasing office. Ive been impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge of resources downtown. I brought my family to see my apartment and now they are planning on living here once they retire! Yay!

Location is the greatest reason for living in this apartment. On site managers are excellent. But they do not have the decision making power on most issues. Middle and upper management are glaringly remote with no interaction between them and residence.

There are so many positive things at Eagle Gate that you can't put a price on. Management is very accommodating- Maintenance is ever present- Security also.

The manager in the building, and the Leasing agent in the building are superb. They couldn't be better.!!! Not sure about the management above them.

Our building has been under construction, as we have updated and added several new wonderful amenities, and are currently refreshing our hallways to brighten them up and make them feel more welcoming. We understand that construction can be frustrating, but can assure you that the end result will be well worth it. We do our best to get service order requests taken care of within a day or two, when possible. Please reach out to the office regarding any service order that has not been taken care of, so we can resolve it as quick as possible. Our onsite staff cares about our residents and go out of their way to help ensure that resident needs are met, when possible.
Modern elegance in a prime location across from temple square. Updated new amenities and lovely gathering areas. Efficient, classy, and comfortable apartments. Safe and secure. Very caring and helpful staff. Respectful and kind residents who treat each other like family and friendships are made quickly and kept long term. We really enjoy living here!

This apartment house in downtown Salt Lake City sits in a prime location. Unfortunately, the apartments now have dark brown vinyl flooring and dark brown cabinetry in small, windowless kitchens. The hall baths no longer have shower tubs but small glass enclosed shower stalls. The redesigns reflect a poor understanding of space and taste.

We are so excited to announce that our kitchens are now bright with beautiful white cabinets and quartz counter-tops! Our bathrooms are now being renovated with amazing porcelain showers with glass enclosures, in the master bathrooms there are still bathtubs with porcelain surrounds! Our entire first floor of the building has been renovated with so many amazing amenities for our amazing residents at Eagle Gate!
