Nice apt - good location. We are a one bed den so the boiler makes some noise occasionally. Will update after living for a while, but so far so good

The apartment and the community are great. Some neighbors are a little rude and the parking can be a little tricky if you don’t purchase a parking spot but overall still enjoying the community. There are many things to do and a lot of stuff is walking distance
Great apartments! Easily accessible to the rest of the city via public transit or car and lots of great food in this neighborhood-especially if you like Korean and Chinese food!

Overall this building has provided timely maintenance responses and good communication with the leasing office. The amenities and location are convenient and good effort is put into upkeep in the gym, common areas, etc
If you could only use a few words the ones that come to mind are clean, quiet and homey! And pet friendly is a major plus. There is a sense of community and it’s a great place to live.
It is so great. I love here. The office gives me a lot of help and the maintenance is efficiency. There has rooftop, you can watch the beautiful views.
Other tenants are rude, walls are thin, management practices double standards when dealing with complaints such as noise, there is a mentality of “rather than fix something, remove it altogether” when it comes to items in common areas. Overall I don’t recommend living here, for the price you can do better in a better part of town.
Nice place to live with the amenties and easy commute. Though B line sucks but that is more an MBTA problem than this building's. It is expensive. But if you don't have a car then you can justify it to yourself to stay here. It is too expensive for someone with a car. The car garage is mostly empty considering the number of apartments.
The apartments are in a great area. They were quick to respond and assist me when I was searching and applying. The floor to ceiling windows are awesome and it's pretty quiet.
My move-in experience was seamless and satisfying. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The management team was welcoming and responsive, assisting with any queries I had. The amenities, such as the fitness center and lounge areas, are impressive and have quickly become my favorite spots to relax and unwind. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and nearby grocery stores. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new home and excited to explore more of the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and convenience that suits my lifestyle perfectly.

E3 friendly neighbors and night watchman. Also this condo is a good value for parking in this area as well as good security. Nice apartment recommended by the broker.

Love the building and facilities! My first residence in Boston ever and I'm glad I chose E3. Although there is slight hassle from my end during the move-in, but it's all worth it. I'm glad of how the inside and the surroundings are safe and clean.

Nice and friendly community. Lived here for over 5 years and had no issues with neighbors. The activities are starting up again and are enjoyable. The summer garden program is always a hoot
Everything has been smooth so far, maintenance is timely and efficient and the space is nice. I love the rooftop deck, its the perfect space to have a few friends over and bbq.

I have had a great experience living at E-3! I love using the element fitness studio, as well as having access to the other gym spaces. Also I have enjoyed getting to know Bree in the leasing office. She did a wonderful job hosting a pizza party event for the E-3 community and has made everyone feel so welcome.

Overall, the living experience is good. The apartment is well-equipped, and the surrounding amenities are quite convenient. The sound insulation in the room is not very good, I can hear the upstairs neigbor's footsteps and the noise of garbage trucks collecting trash in the morning is quite noticeable. The bedroom is not totally seperate from the living area in some of the 1 bedroom flats, it is like a studio.

Strap in because after two and a half years of living at E3 Eco we cannot wait to leave. Know that E3 is owned by a massive company, National Development, and that you are just a row on one of their many spreadsheets. No one cares about you, especially if you have any serious issues. Our rent went up ~13% per year so you may expect something similar. There is nothing “luxury” or “high-end” about these apartments. The ceilings sound as though they’re made of tissue paper and popsicle sticks. You’ll hear your neighbor’s every foot step, every time they close a door, and every time they flush their toilet. The trash room smells like a mouse breeding colony because it is. Very luxurious indeed. Our first major issue was our upstairs neighbors broke their shower and water was leaking into ours. Stuff happens, no big deal. However, after the leak was fixed maintenance needed to patch the hole above our shower. But, they never showed up to scheduled times. So we’d call, they’d reschedule and again not show. This repeated for WEEKS. We just gave up and lived with the hole. The biggest issue is our bedroom wall leaking. From 2022 the carpet in our bedroom gets wet when it rains. Maintenance came a few times to look at it, cut a hole in our wall, and looked busy. Contractors are hired with no regard to your schedule. Stuff was moved around and patched. The leak stopped for about a year. After a heavy rainstorm the carpet got completely soaked and mold grew on the dry wall. We were left to clean ourselves. Maintenance would look at it, confirm it was indeed a leak, then nothing. We’d have to call and ask for updates. After 3 weeks, dozens of phone calls, and a stern email they finally hired a contractor. They found the roof’s waterproofing membrane full of holes and peeling away. The contractors fixed it over two days and it held for about 5 days before the leak returned. It’s still leaking as I write this nearly 50 days since the leak was reported. We can’t use half our bedroom. No talk of compensation. Apparently, they will clean the carpets one day but I won’t hold my breath. During this time, my wife and I have repeatedly taken days off work to facilitate people coming into the apartment at late notice (less than 24-hour) – sometimes they never show on those days and then need to come the following day. Communication is sincerely lacking and has affected our work lives. Do yourself a favor and avoid all Nat Dev communities.

I’ve liver here for two years now and I absolutely love it. It’s nice and peaceful, maintenance is always super punctual and the resident events thrown are great! As well as the amenities love using the rooftop during the summer.

Great place and community to be in. Lots of good asian restaurant nearby and walking distance from the T (train). The place has a lot of greeness and seems like one of the best place I’ve seen!

Well maintained, several well-being and entertaining events throughout the year, and a friendly community. On the cons: Rent is significantly increased when renewed each contract-period.
One defining feature of my resident experience has been the seamless communication with the management. They provide regular updates about community news and events through a user-friendly online portal. Any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.

Great experience, nice fancy apartment with modern amenities. Very spacious parking and very secure with controlled access to everywhere in the buliding.

Very quiet community - can only hear some sounds from ceiling. Is kept clean and roof top is a really nice plus. Gym is great. Residents can leave garbage stacked up outside or in the shoot room.

I love E-3! Management goes out of their way to host fun events for the residents. I'm grateful to have three gym spaces:) It is quiet, clean and overall awesome. My only advice to management would be to clean the gym spaces a bit more often, as the element studio space can become dirty quickly.
