Property Ratings at Dimension
I lived here for some time, and found that the management is very responsive. If something in the apartment got broken, someone would address the service request very quickly. Rent payment via the portal was seamless. Also during move out, Charlotte helped me print labels/coordinate with the USPS, so having delivery come to the apartment to pick up boxes was a GAME CHANGER. If I were to live in Seattle again, there is no better building I would live in. Finally, the staff even helped me with a reference letter for my next building. I have never experienced such a nice, helpful staff. I have now moved, and definitely just miss my amazing apartment (with views of Elliott Bay and the Needle) and the staff. Can't find this in a lot of places in Seattle.

I have lived here since June, while I love the front office staff, the apartment company is awful and truly do not care for its residents. Since living here, we have not had all three elevators working at the same time. In fact for the last two plus weeks only one elevator has been operating for all 26 floors of the apartment. We have been told it will be at least another week until one of the other two will be potentially fixed. Additionally, the garage door has never worked, and apartment security has been very touch and go. There has been a car stolen in the parking garage, multiple bike stolen in the bike locker and drug use directly out the front entry. I would suggest looking outside holland residential properties for your apartment search.
Friendly and professional staff, clean and secure building with great views. Rooftop lounge was amazing. Shout out to Mike, Charlotte, and Gloria for the amazing experience.
This building has some of the best views in Seattle both from the apartments and from the rooftop. The staff are top notch here, especially Charlotte. They made move in easy and continue to be great with updating residents if there’s going to be noise in a specific area of the building. The gym here is small but one of the higher quality apartment gyms I’ve seen and it’s open 24 hrs. Location is great, right near all the restaurants and bars I like. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Trust me, I’m not the only one who says that it is not worth living here due to poor management
Life at Dimension Apartments in Belltown Seattle satisfies my desires of travel! I feel like I'm on top of the world in this new apartment with the 11th floor balcony (1 of only 10 total balconies offered in the building). And, the rooftop views are absolutely stunning during the day times 10 at night!!! I used to have an aversion to sunsets because they remind me of not affording to travel & enjoy romance since I'm so busy with my career but I've grown to love them and never want to leave here....I can't imagine what would ever take me away! My two dogs are loving the balcony and roof also, just hanging out in the sun privately with no street noise to bother them! Plenty of TV's & seating all throughout the apartment building keep things interested and fullfilling to help rebalance myself after a busy work day/week. I love Dimension Belltown!
