Envue Square is a great property!! They solve inquiries on time and the Manager is very nice and helpful!! I would definitely recommend the property.
I am very pleased with the experience leasing with Miriam, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to find us the best alternative. The property is under new management and improvements for units were implemented recently.

They are super inconsiderate, the price is too high for the service they give, the staff has no education and they do not know what it is to deal with a client, I do not know how they came up with more apartments than parking, all the time I come to my house after work, I never find a parking lot and I have to park my car outside, they are too strict with everything for the service they provide, I had to pay a surcharge of 140 dollars when it was the fault of their own website and they did not take care of rewarding me the extra money that was not my problem, in my experience living there, I give it a 0/10 and I do not recommend it at all, take care of your money and do not invest it in this place!!!
My family and I have lived here for over 12 years, there have been a lot of changes the new owners installed cameras, open playground and pool. The maintenance man is a vert good worker and comes to do repairs immediately. He keeps property clean.
I have been living here for many years and have not had any issues, when I report something maintenance man comes to repair immediately. The office manager is very kind and courteous.
It is good price, and has a nice playground. The manager is very caring

Love the renovated amenities and big club room upstairs Maintenance team is very friendly!
They put up all these pictures to make the property look good but it’s a facade. The is barely open. It was open about 2 or 3 weeks the whole summer. They have roaches and mice. The parking is horrible. They don’t have patios and had the nerve to raise the rent for these cheap cover up renovations. The water bills are higher than someone who owns a house. Some people’s bills are $100. The apartments are not recommended at all

These people have no consideration AT ALL. I paid to reserve the pool for my daughter's birthday which they knew about and then when I went in to pay the final $100 the day before,the assistant says "I was going to call you this morning to tell you the pool isn't available"
