Macalester-Groveland, sometimes shortened to Mac-Grove, stretches from the eastern banks of the Mississippi River to Summit Hill. Mac-Grove is a largely residential neighborhood, touting an array of apartments and single-family homes available for rent.

Property Ratings at Cretin Court Apts
Good location and fair price in comparison to other single bedroom and studio apartments in the area. However, there have been many problems including water damage, insects, rodents, plumbing and just the fact that it is an old building in need of major renovations. Also, the apartment claims to be "smoke free", but many residents freely smoke cigarettes and recreational drugs in the building without any repercussions.
I rent in a Studio apartment and i must say I do like it. The rent is fair for the location, size and Quality of the Apartment. Although, the building is older and the it shows. This apartment is great for some one living on there own going to school.
