Community is quiet , neighbors are kind, kid friendly. Yards are kept up and stores are close. Maintenance is very professional and prompt.swimming is up kept and looks nice.

All around easy move in process and the office was very accommodating with our situation. I got relocated to the area from across the country and had everything set up for us in a very timely manner. Everything was done over the phone while we were driving down here. Very quick, easy and stress free.

Creekside Terrace has been great to work with from the start. The homes, customer service and staff are all exceptional. The leasing office provides helpful information and tours of different floor plans and the entire staff is very friendly, responsive and easy to work with.

We were misled/deceived through multiple steps, too much to even type in here. We almost had to turn around and drive 6 hours back and told several different stories.
This absolutely the worst place to live. Do NOT move here you’ll regret it. This place was an amazing place before they changed management companies. The new management company is awful and absolutely the worst costumer service. The maintenance guy didn’t do anything to fix any of the problems but he but would steal the packages if you’re not looking. My camera recorded everything. When your lease ends, they won’t communicate with you with a closing procedure but will charge you for everything including minor wear and tear. Once you leave, document everything, you’ll need it. Once your lease ends, you will be mischarged for a lot of different things too. Good luck trying to communicate with them. They will wait several days to weeks to run out the time to screw you over. Do NOT move here.

Paula and Isaiah are awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. I have had some maintenance issues since moving in but for the most part they have been taken care of in a timely manner... even the issues that needed to be repaired under the warranty. Street pa rking is at a premium for those who have more vehicles. All in all I do love living here!

I love this community. I’ve had quite a few issues with this new home, but the managers & maintenance are taking care of them. The delays are due to the need to contact warranty department, and getting them out here is a slow process.
