Great accommodations, plenty of apartment space with large living room, large kitchen, and closets are better/larger than most apartment complexes in the area.

We love living at the Courtyard at Jefferson. The maintenance team is amazing- always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Isaac has come to help us several times to address any concerns we have in the apartment and he is the best! We also love how much natural light we get in our apartment. The space is very bright and airy.

Good apartment and staff is prompt to respond to problems to quash them whenever they occur. Love the view. Happy after years of bad rental experiences to finally find a place that feels like home.

I love living at Courtyard at Jefferson. My boyfriend and I are so happy living here. The staff cares so much about the people who live here. Anytime we have an issue (which is rare) we receive help quickly. I love the events that the staff hosts every month. This has been the renter living experience I have ever had!

It’s overall been a great experience! The maintenance and leasing staff are very helpful and responsive! The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and has tons of natural night! And the gym has everything a non-heavy dude weight lifter would need. Would recommend

The Bozzuto maintenance team is amazing. They come to our apartment to fix any issues within 24 hours of entering a request. They are super kind and helpful. We love the natural light in our apartment and have had a great experience overall.

Had an overall positive experience in this building. Kept clean, apartments are nice, service team is helpful upon submitting ticket requests. Building could do a better job maintaining gym, most machines are broken. Also had some cockroach issues from neighboring apartments being dirty- building got pest control in though helpful

Great so far! Only been moved in for a few days and love it. Great amount of space and the over head ceiling fans are fantastic. in unit washer and dryer could not be more convenient.

Great apartment complex with friendly staff and good amenities. We just renew for a 3 year. Be aware that the owner is currently fighting rent control ordinance in court that could affect rent and increase in the future.

Great building and good apartments, ours is “newly” renovated. Of course there is issues, but what matters is that staff is on top of issues and fixes them when they happen. The new owner had a little trouble start (for us) but after having a talk with the manager, they stepped up to the plate. Communications is key! Always!

Courtyard at Jefferson is a great place to live. The experience from the first time we saw the apartment to moving in has been great. The leading manager Katie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to understand what we liked and didnt like to match the best apartment to our liking. I had a hard start here but I have to say, Zach, the manager as well as Richy and Matt from maintenance have made living in The Courtyard a great experience and I really love not only the building but the apartment itself is fantastic. The only issue really are the packages in the lobby but its the residents who dont pick them up!

Looking for a new apartment during the middle of a pandemic was not an easy task. From the moment we reached out, the leasing team answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and ensured that the proper safety measures would be implemented during the time of our tour. During the tour, we felt very safe and our leasing agent Mike was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We loved the units and the amenities of the building, so we applied for a unit just a few days later. The experience from touring to lease signing was top notch. We are very happy with our decision.

Have been very content living here for the past 2 years. Apartments are spacious, rent is reasonable and amenities are a good to have. Management and maintenance are very attentive and typically address and/or resolve any issue within days of complaint. Overall enjoyable experience living here.

The Courtyard at the Jefferson are great apartments for people who want the perks you might get at a luxury building by the waterfront but not for the price. Washer/Dryer in every unit, gym in the building, courtyard and an unrestrictive pet policy are all perks of this building!
