Courts of Bent Tree

Having come from the property management world, I would like to say that my experience here has been outstanding thus far - Lincoln has a superior team here at Courts from office management to all the maintenance folks (Caeser, Juan, Memo). I couldn't be happier and thank you!

You really need to update the windows. They are not energy efficient at all. Other than that, so far, this is a very nice place.

We did not want to move but was forced to move because management wanted to remodel our apartment.

I have told all my friends what a great place it is to live.

Always professional, courteous and knowledgeable in getting things fixed and resolved.

So take my review with a grain of salt, could be diff management, but it was still hands down the best property I lived on. Quiet. Well built. Beautiful walkable property. My only complaint was the A.C. Our unit was a 3 bedroom, and our ac kept going out, that’s the only reason we moved, but it’s still my fav place in dallas. Just unproblematic.

Apartment is poorly insulated for cold weather especially windows, this causes excessive heating bills!

This community is in the process of being improved, but it is not complete yet.

The community is lovely, staff members are helpful and friendly, and residents have been very welcoming.

I would recommend this as we have attached garages and a nice clientele of people reside here. It is also convenient to getting around north Dallas.

The leasing agent is not polite nor easy to work with. Very condescending and oozing with fake sentiment and sarcasm. The maintenance team and manager are good to work with and are very polite, for the most part.

Would recommend this apartment due to location, leasing office personnel and maintenance personnel quick response to service request(s).

The units are larger than most apartments. The attached garages are wonderful. The neighbors are nice. The location is great to access the tollway and George Bush. Our location is off the beaten path and the zoning will not change. We back up to the high end community of Bent Tree.

The only issue I have is the trash. The workers on-site fill it up constantly and then we have no where to put our trash. Can the vendors take it somewhere else?

Everyone is so friendly. Nice mixture of ages; nice and quiet. I do miss a place to walk. A walking path and/or more green areas would be great!

Any type of issues that arise whether it be with neighbors, property fixes/upgrades and work orders are quickly tackled by the office management and resolved in an effective, rapid matter. This makes the living experience hassle free and pleasurable.

There are many good things about COBT that would recommend it to a new resident. This is a nice place to live. However, I would have to consider the condition of the building and grounds to be a deterrent and give caution not to expect too much from the management.

Great location. We love our floorplan. Would still be considered a good value IF there is NOT a huge rent increase.

The management continually sends out miss information about work being done on my apartment. The gates at the front entrance are always broken. There is no landscaping in areas and consequently are all mud.

good location, floorplans and golf course view are my pluses

so far so good but communication with front office could improve

I would recommend living here due the area and the amenities of the area, but until the property is brought up to standard that would make the expensive rent worth paying, I would have to give that caveat. I intend to stay until my parents pass, as I will not be moving them again, but long-term residents are due the consideration of lesser rent due to their good tenant history and stability.

There are limited resources for maintenance, repair, and appearance of the apartment community. Also, the quality of workmanship when units are upgraded is substandard from what I have seen.

Found a hidden gem in this property. Enjoyed working with Patti while touring units and am excited to move in. The property is well maintained and the community is quiet and peaceful.

Amazing apartments, feels like home, many tenants have been here for over 10 years. It's privately owned and the continuously maintain and update the property. Best of all they didn't raise my rent when my lease was up. I love the place.
