I love the community and I enjoyed living here . I Love Tara I feel as though she should be the property manager . She is real upfront , honest ,and helpful all at the same time . Tara is more involved in the community then Lisa . Far as the property Manager Lisa don’t let her fool you .I feel as though that she is unprofessional ,inconsiderate, and a bit racial to certain members of the community . Vandalism could happen to your property on there property you pay for and they will tow your vehicles out of your own parking spots or if your tires could just go flat and because you don’t have access to sets of tire she would tow away the vehicle in your assign spot. I feel like she do what ever it takes to cover herself . She is barely in the office for you to get assistants . If you want some privacy inside and outside your home this is not the place . I feel like all they want you to do is RAT on anything and everything that someone else thinks is suspicious . I know they idea is to have a safe community but as I said they leave it up to other people to determine what is suspicious . If you want a rental office that backs you up and support you this is not it , if it was only Tara and someone else I would recommend this place overall but My only bad experiences is with the rental office .

Courthouse Green West
Courthouse Green west has a beautiful landscape, great space in their rentals, and an awesome staff. The location is right down the street from my son's school and our apartment is in eye view of the playground. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The kids play together and the complex is clean and pleasant. They also have activities for residents and a newsletter along with a facebook page.

Bigger Bedrooms
Want space to move around in your bedroom, Courthouse Greens has huge bedrooms that will fit a king and queen bed and have room for a desk and chair and a few other things you may want to put into that space. I love the bedrooms.

Decent living
Great area nice and quiet. Appliances are a little outdated but other then that no problems. Been here for about 3 years.
