Overall Cortland community has been awesome. The maintenance team is professional , courteous, & knowledgeable, Canyon & Nino both. Office personnel, manager Corderro and Tyler (leasing consultant) work great together as a team to make sure residents concerns are taken care of !!

The apartments are well kept, the management team and maintenance teams are very professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept, and the facilities are really nice. My wife and I recommend living here, it is quite and close to shopping.

Cortland Preston North is a great apartment complex, with only one major issue: the leasing office is in desperate need of a major remodelling. The location is perfect (super close to both Prosper shopping center), the prices are reasonable, and there's no crime here, but the leasing office looks like it's from 1990.

Beautiful and well maintained apartments. You’re closer to Prosper and McKinney than Frisco center city. So you’ll have to go far to use town amenities like the Frisco public library. Other than that a good location and good apartments.

I've enjoyed my first year living here at Cortland Preston North! I'm looking forward to renewing or transferring a lease to a different Cortland to be closer to work. I’m a longtime resident and have found the staff in the office and maintenance to be very cooperative and helpful. The landscaping has been well maintained. Cortland Preston North is a great place to live especially if you have a family. It is a safe, family and pet friendly community. Added perks include baby bunnies playing in the grass early in the mornings and watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings.

Cortland Preston North is the perfect secluded feeling location yet minutes from everything you need. I love going on walks with my dogs in the neighborhood or to our own large dog park in the community. Very dog friendly and all courtyards offer dog waste stations. Finishes and floor plans are modern and fun. Prices are good compared to other areas up north. The front office staff have been so wonderful from the day I moved in. I will stay within the Cortland family if I move to a different community at some point. Everyone is always helpful and the move in process is super easy. Love my apartment!

We have lived here for 4 years now. The office staff is very personable and kind. They genuinely want you to be happy here. The maintenance team is very professional, knowledgeable, and amazing! This is definitely a great place to call home!

My wife and I can highly recommend Preston Cortland North to everyone. The grounds and building are kept up and the Cortland Team is great. I can't say enough about the front office and management team. The swimming pool was just refurbished, and it is a very nice pool.

Cortland Preston North has been a great, quality place I've called my home for 3 1/2 years now and has been a blessing during a challenging season in life. Outside of the price, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and mostly I like the peaceful tranquility in my home and being near places I visit frequently in Frisco and North Dallas. I recommend checking out Cortland in your area if you have experienced wood floors coming up out of the floor among other issues commonplace in other older apartments with poor maintenance since my experience here has definitely been an upgrade.
