DO NOT LIVE HERE / HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have had nothing but bad experiences living here and working with the office staff. I have had multiple maintenance issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner or have not been resolved at all. In addition to the staff being extremely disrespectful and some of the rudest people I've dealt with professionally. The first week I moved in I noticed some issues with the stove, including it not heating properly and the outside of the oven door and top of the stove (not the burner) getting so hot it burns to the touch. I reported this issue and was told by maintenance that there was nothing they could do about it because "its and old stove thats just how they are." In addition to this I have had multiple leaks that go unresolved as well as a flood in the unit above me on two occasions. Additionally, my A/C stopped working in the middle of summer and I was told it wasn't an emergency and had to wait 24 hours for the issue to get resolved just for it to break again within three days. Maintenance has been out at least five times to fix this issue with my A/C unit and it still does not work how it should. I even had my own A/C technician come out to look at it and was told this unit should have been replaced in 2017, 2018 at the latest and the only real resolution was to replace the unit. Besides maintenance issues I have never met a customer service team/management team more disrespectful than the office staff here. No matter how nice you are to them or how cordial they respond with attitudes and no offers of solutions. In fact I had the main manager of the property scream at me in front of her staff and other tenants in the office. I have never felt more disrespected in my life than I have that day when she screamed at me or even when dealing with her and her staff in the past. There are mainly more issues I could address but I will leave this review at that. If anyone is thinking about moving here I would highly encourage you don't. If you do be prepared to deal with never-ending maintenance issues, rude staff, and car break in's/thefts (at least 3 cars stolen that I know of and 5 break-ins in last year).

Beware
Don’t live here. Gates are always broken. If they slam into your car they do nothing. Apartments are poorly maintained. Difficult to get them to respond and if they do anything it’s patch work. So many leaks that there’s a lot of mold. They paint over the mold and don’t even match paint color. Don’t live here, quality is very low, customer service is worse.

Think Twice
I currently live at CR and I cannot wait to move out. The office people are rude and don't listen to you. The maintenance doesn't come to fix anything for a minimum 2 weeks. The dumpsters have trash surrounding them by the time the trash man comes. My microwave belongs in the dumpster along with my dryer and kitchen sink which leaks water everywhere. The oven almost caught on fire due to a bad heating element. They didn't fix it for a whole month. No where to park after 6 pm and they don't enforce parking with stickers or anything like that. Same old song and dance for the last five years according to the other reviews.

My washer and dryer sounds like they will explode but they said they won’t fix it until it fully broken By dish washer and sink smell like mold they also won’t fix it or look at it until they brake for good mold is building up and nothing a report gets done by email still make excuses for everything

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Let me just say, you get what you pay for. The price was great, but I literally lived in a bug INFESTED apartment. And I’m not exaggerating. I told the front office about it multiple times and they sent out pest control to take care of it. It never worked. I finally went out and bought Raid and bugs started coming from EVERYWHERE they were hiding. It was disgusting and I have the pictures to prove it. On top of living with bugs, the front office manager (not the front desk girls. They’re really nice) is SO rude. The absolute worst. Move out was miserable and I would never in a million years live here again no matter how cheap they are.

Don't Live Here
My husband and I leased an apartment here for two years and regretted it as soon as we moved in. The location seemed great and the price was reasonable. However, the office staff were horrible. They would lose packages, take forever to process maintenance requests, and would lose copies of payments we had made and so we were double charged multiple times. Also, you would get almost no notice about upcoming building maintenance. My husband and I would often work past 6 pm (when the office closed) and come home to notes on our door saying the power or water would be shut off the next day for something. I would highly recommend paying a little more money and staying at one of the nicer complexes very close to this one.

It was an excellent site
After being a very good place to live, a year is useless, everyone does what he wants, few meet the standards, everyone even though it is forbidden makes barbecues on balconies and smoke enters the apartments, your you complain at the office, it's like you wrote in the desert, no one listens to you, months ago that 60% of the lights do not work and walk'll need night a lamp or flashlight, poop dogs all grass and always full garbage garbage, barbecue area looks like a field after the war, in short, look for options, for the price, consiguens best sites.

My honest opinion and experience at cornerstone ranch!
I moved to Katy from a small town in Oklahoma and as soon as we seen the cornerstone ranch apartments we fell in love. It was easy to get approved and we had got denied at a lot of other places before we got lucky! The day we came to pick up our keys they said that they didn't have any more gate openers but they should come in by the summer(we moved in April 1). As soon as we entered into our apartment we weren't in the living room for more then 5 min and were invested with flees. Needless to say we had to spend another 300 dollars to have the rental truck longer! All maitenance did was but a bomb in the living room and so we had to take care of it. Our washer machine didn't work it took 2 days to fix. And our stove went out in a storm and they came to look at it, said they needed to order a part. We call a month later to see what was taking so long and the maintenance basically forgot about us. It was very frustrating our first few months here. Besides matenaince, we love the apartment. We have really nice neighbors and I like how big the pool is. I like the surrounding stores. We can walk almost anywhere. If you have patience with unprofessional matenaince then it isn't so bad. We count our blessings we have a roof over our head!

Stress Free Living
Looking to find quiet time? It's here. Looking for that secured feeling? It's here. Fast maintenance? Great and friendly management? Abundance of trees supplying shade, beauty and homes for several types of birds and squirrels? Close to every need? It's all here! Management and Maintenance Team are the most caring and friendly people I have ever had to deal with on a daily bases. Your needs are taken care of quickly from changing a patio light to major requests. Buildings and landscaping are always upgraded. Pool and area are a joy to utilize. Exercise regularly or just a bit? The exercise room and equipment are clean and operatable at all times. What more can I say? I am on my fifth year here and have no plans to leave in the near or far future. Located in the middle of everything but, you wouldn't know it by the peace and quiet. Oh yeah, my apartment is comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Geraldine K, Katy, TX.

Beautiful apartments, big rooms. helpful, friendly staff. 24hr gym. Movie room, Beach walk in pool. Big kitchen. Grounds are kept clean. Everyone respects eachother. Only problem is finding parking.

Don't move here
The staff and management are awful here. They never get anything fixed! My AC has gone out 10 times in less than a year his last time it took them over a week to fix it and they wouldn't even credit my account for not having AC. Lexi the manger is the worst!
