While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. This district is home to Angel Stadium and the Honda Center -- home to the Angels baseball team and the Anaheim Ducks hockey team, respectively. The neighborhood is located in the triangle formed by the intersection the Santa Ana and Orange Freeways. The Santa Ana River, along with the Santa Ana River Trail and Bikeway, extends along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.
The Platinum Triangle started out as an industrial area, but today it is filled with luxury apartment communities and palm trees. It is quickly becoming a popular mixed-use neighborhood, with street-level shops and restaurants lining wide sidewalks. For more shopping, residents head south to the nearby Outlets at Orange. The Platinum Triangle sits between the Anaheim Resort area and Downtown Orange, providing easy access to both.

Property Ratings at Core Apartments
Core apartments has been a terrible experience for me. From the terribly ran management company/leasing team to every amenity possible. I’ve had plenty of expensive items stolen from the mail rooms in which are supposed to be properly secured for its residents to feel safe while sending items to where they live. In my last experience I had very case sensitive documents with my SSN on it stolen right out of the main office mail room in which they told me to kick rocks and they’re not responsible. Every amenity here is broken 99% of the time in which they do not respond quickly to fixing. Dog crap laying around in the halls. They do not take care of this building or the tenants. I’d advise you to stay far away from core and save yourself the headache. I read the bad reviews before I had moved in and still chose to make the mistake for myself. Don’t let it be you.
Maintenance is always incredibly helpful and super kind. Edward from the office is also incredibly helpful with any problem that you may come across. However, we’ve had to change our resident portal 3 times in the past few months which has been frustrating with earning rewards with one portal to suddenly change it then those rewards become obsolete. I feel like Core keeps selling their property to new owners and they keep undergoing new management which makes it difficult to keep track, especially with all of the ongoing changes. On top of that, rent only keeps increasing drastically. It doesn’t make for a long-term stay
I have lived in this apartment community for over 3 years and have found the maintenance staff and the state of the community satisfactory. However, I still take issue with the enforcement of certain policies. There seem to be no consequences for smoking in this non-smoking community or for excessive noise during prohibited hours. Additionally, the charging stations for electric vehicles are unregulated, with some tenants using them as secondary parking spots. It is difficult to have an electric vehicle when you cannot charge it or have to charge outside your residence. These issues are typically addressed by sending general warnings to the community, which has not been effective. Despite these concerns, I remain here due to my need to care for a loved one nearby.
We love core we have lived in 3 different apartments. Everyone that works here is amazing!!! Nothing crazy has happened if we have an issue it gets resolved and we go back to living everyday! Everyone loves our pet and always wanna say hey to the handsome little man! I would Recommend core to a friend for-sure.
This is a great place to live. Staff is awsome. Things are taken care of. The staff cares. Grounds are clean, and most of all I feel safe

Everything is perfect, it is so clean and has good facilities for dogs. There's plenty of parking, and it's a great place to have guests over for a barbecue or a swim.

The community is relatively upscale and well kept. The pool and gym amenities are great. I wish parking was more accessible ($100 per extra car after 2 is a lot), being that we have three people living in a 2 bedroom. Guest parking frequently fills up on the weekend which can be an inconvenience. Overall, great place. Only thing I would improve is parking availability.

Modern and luxurious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. a nearby community park offers a safe place for kids to play. Amenities are abundant. My wife and I (retired) had a very pleasant experience living there for 3 years. Management staff are friendly, especially Eddie, who goes out of his way to help us during the moving-in and moving-out process and took care of mail during our long vacations. The maintenance crew was also very responsive to repair requests. overall, we feel it was a great place to call home.

I've lived here over 3 years now & there has been no resolution to excessive noise & smoking in my specific area. The consequences of breaking least terms are warnings & requests to comply. Management continues to reach but no resolution. The maintenance staff & leasing staff are friendly too. Lease transfer is not an option. It is expressive! For these reasons I am unhappy here. Others who have had much more positive experience with their neighbors so they're content with their tenancy. Amenities are often out of commission. Neighbors leave their trash in their hallways & it attracts roaches. The cameras in the parking structure are not meant to protect your vehicles. The charging stations are in high demand. The Amazon lockers are broken more often than working. Packages are stolen. You have to go into the leasing office to look for packages. I believe the staff has positive intentions but limited ability to curb human behavior and the breaking of lease terms.

I have been living at the core for the last three years and I have zero complaints. For the most part, it’s been a great place to live with very minor issues from time to time. Management is very nice and very receptive to any complaints I may have had in the past, and the maintenance team is excellent.

Management is great, community is clean and well-kept! Love the amenities they have to offer and plenty of guest parking available. I think it’s pretty safe overall, they have security at night and it’s a pretty quiet community.

Love this apartment! All the managers here are so nice and friendly. Love the utilities of this apartment too! Swimming pool , study area, gym, and huge parking lot. Would love to stay another year here!

The amenities are super nice, and there is plenty of parking for guests. The apartment is clean and spacious. It’s great that it’s pet friendly and has a washer and dryer!

Good neighborhood. Excellent amenities. Maintenance is very responsive and quick. The onsite business center is great if you work from home, with free espresso machine and printing.
