Rachel is absolutely amazing. I was in need of finding a great apartment in a short amount of time to start a new job. I was moving from a little over an hour away and she helped with every step, down to the last detail. I was probably one of her more difficult applicants with a new job and a quick relocation timeline. She worked with my budget, my needs, and went out of her way to keep me comfortable through the entire (very stressful for me) process. Even after my initial move in, she continued to help navigate this new chapter with me. I could not be happier with her efficient, conscientious, and extremely caring approach. I relocated two weeks ago from another state, and it was my first time in Richmond, VA.
