I was the first person to move into Colonial Court when it opened. I’m still here! Obviously I like it.
The location and the clean environment and the spaciousness of the apartment itself all draw you into the Colonial Court apartments! And when you add underground parking and the convenience of elevators, and storage space to that, it really is a deal you don’t want to pass up!

I have lived here for over a year, and the first year was very pleasant. The decent rate in rent, convenient amenities, and safe community make CC the place it is. When it came to renewing my lease, however, I chose a longer option, and it was a little over $100 more than last year, which is fine. My issues with the complex began with the fact that there have been no real changes in the complex or the amenities, which is a little disappointing. On the topic of amenities, everything except the internet was previously included. They put in a new internet provider which is now a mandatory $70 a month and all utilities are billed separately which is around $200. So at first, I thought rent would only go up by 100 dollars but since all these new charges got introduced it is a lot closer to a $400 rent hike for no real change! The complex is nice but they keep doing projects that are purely cosmetic and don't change functionality. they are poorly done and take months longer than they are scheduled to.

My husband and I were the first people to move to CC when it opened for occupancy. We have experienced everything that’s been done: repairing, replacing, remodeling, etc. A few times over the years we looked elsewhere, but always ended up remaining here. That says something positive about what the facility has to offer and the convenience of living here. The office staff, especially during the last several years, have been extremely easy to work with and they are always kind and polite.

Living where there is bus and rail service close by was a must for me. Colonial Courts are also within walking distance to the Junction and restaurants. It’s a friendly, modernized community with a great staff to work with.

The front desk staff and the maintenance staff are all very friendly and constantly work to help better your stay. Maintenance usually comes to fix stuff same-day and listen to problems you may have, as well as explain why things are happening and how they fix them.

Colonial Court is such a great place to live! They have a great maintenance team and great employees like Christian who are kind, respectful, and very helpful with whatever you need or questions you may have! Colonial Court is downtown where everything is at which is a plus! Love it here!!

I love living here at Colonial Court...its right in the middle of what is happening in Ogden, beautiful parks, walk ways....the river is near by and so is the movie theather, reastrants...no need to drive! The staff here is so very helpful and the buildings are maintained so very well...you'll love it here!

Colonial Courts has been very accommodating and communicative during my move from an old unit into an updated unit. They’re understanding and make it a priority to treat their residents as people and not just as income. The units and area are well maintained and always clean and I never have trouble getting a hold of someone when needed.

Colonial Court has been a great experience. They are friendly, helpful, and the location, inside rooms, and price are unbeatable in the area. With the structure of the buildings, the careful maintenance, I was originally thinking that this apartment was going to be a lot more expensive than it is, but it is among the most inexpensive in the Ogden area, while being by far the nicest apartment I scouted while moving to Ogden.

I honestly was skeptical to see so many positive reviews for an apartment complex but I would absolutely recommend Colonial Court to any of my friends and family. Everyone who works here has gone leaps and bounds to help us in any way. They are all very respectful, professional, and have been attentive in all steps of our move in. Usually apartments are the opposite and it's nice to have found a home that completely exceeds all of our expectations.

This is a great place to live, the buildings and grounds are beautiful, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is a very secure building in the heart of town. Most apts. have lovely views also.

Colonial Court has the best management and maintenance team I have ever worked with. Accommodating and helpful and they go above and beyond they feel like family they make you feel that way wonderful people all of them. I am lucky to live at Colonial Court .
