This place feels as if you are in a resort. Love all the different big dog breads everyone has! Very nice pool that is salted not chlorine and the grilling kitchen table set up is amazing for having a grill out.

We absolutely love our home. This is NOT an apartment complex. This IS a townhouse community and it's lovely. The residents are friendly and the office and maintenance staff go out of their way to make sure the area is safe and the residents needs are taken care of.

Beautiful townhomes here. I love that it’s a gated community and all the amenities it has to offer. The people are friendly and the employees at the leasing office all made me feel welcomed.

I recently moved in and have loved it so far. The staff is great, the amenities are great, and the housing is great. I’m looking forward to warmer weather so I can enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. The only thing I wish was different, was that there would be at least ONE assigned parking spot for each house. The free for all parking is great for guests… however, after a long day of work, it would be nice to come back home and not worry about where I’ll be able to find a good parking spot. This is a very minor inconvenience for me. I would recommend this complex to all my friends/family because of how much I love everything else about it!

I was looking for a place to live as a single person with a dog, and when I found The Collection during my search I knew I had found my next home. My neighbors are primarily young professionals and small families with 1-2 kids. Most residents including myself have dogs, and we love the dog park which has 2 separate enclosed areas for large and small dogs. Everyone is extremely respectful, and it’s the kind of neighborhood where a neighbor will hide your package from the rain or lend you a hand stringing up Christmas lights on your porch. I love feeling like I’m part of a neighborhood vs an apartment complex. Bonus is the office and maintenance staff are all so sweet!

I moved in last December and the community was still in the building stage. As new areas were opened, the community kept things clean and tidy and the construction noise was low. As the community was finished, it has turned into a safe, fun filled place to live. Very dog and pet friendly place to live. Very nice!!!

Great experience viewing the property. The apartment has been great with only a few issues. Main issue is it seems like parking wasn’t thought through during building and some places are missing the driveway they are supposed to have. The only other thing is my patios second glass pane shattered and it’s been months with still no replacement .

The facility is in top shape and staff is very kind and helpful!! My favorite is the Gym, it is always so clean and the machines are very nice, great place to workout. Maintenance comes and fixes issues very promptly.

I just moved into Collection at Gruene and it is so wonderful. From the first time I toured with Karlee, throughout the application process with Karlee and Klia, to move-in day it has been an amazing experience. I was tired of living the apartment life and wanted something bigger, with a home vibe, quiet, but still near some life. I get all of that with Collection at Gruene. I am a 5 min bike ride and quick walk to Gruene. The community is so quiet and the neighborhoods are very friendly. I had several things that needed to get fixed when I moved in. It was too late on the Friday I moved in but Monday morning Mike was in my townhome getting every work order completed. He was so friendly and took his time to make sure everything was completed properly. The gym is stunning and has some amazing equipment in it. You can get a great workout. I had prayed a lot to make sure this was the right move for me and God definitely delivered when He guided me to Collection at Gruene. I am thankful.
