Property Ratings at Clover Field Marketplace
We lived here a year and regretted every day. Maintenance was a joke. The hallways always had trash in them. Elevator was out of order what felt like every month. The hallways would smell like pot every weekend. Screaming kids would run up and down the hallway. Management was never in the office at the posted times. Lots of vandalizing of property but management wouldn't get cameras. Overall horrible place to live.
So glad to be out of there. Poor management is the number one complaint from many renters there. Office is closed when they should be open. The staff is scattered and don't have answers when you finally do get to talk to them. The carpets in the halls are dirty. There are kids running and playing ball in the halls. There are families of 7 or MORE in one apartment. The place is very run down. For being a newer building, you would think they would be able to keep it up better.
I have been here for 3 yrs. and I love very quite and safe to raise kids here
I've been looking for an apartment for months and these have exceeded my expectations so much that I'm willing to wait a few more months just for an opening into these apartments!! love them!
