Beautiful complex close to the airport! My move-in process was very smooth and I’m grateful for the extra security the apartment has to keep the residents safe!
feedback not a terrible place to live but certainly not the best. the area unfortunately is just not safe at all. the apartment complex smells like weed/ smoke/ animal. keenan is great, very nice and helpful when needed.

Very unhappy with this apartments parking situation. The surface parking lot (which you have to pay for monthly) is a block away, across the railroad tracks and out of view from the apartments. On top of it being a hassle to carry things into your apartment and walking in the cold, it’s also unsafe. My car was broken into and almost stolen 3 times while living here. They have no cameras in the lot outside and people leave the gate open constantly. Recently the gate looked like it was ripped off altogether. The garage they have has limited parking spots (about 40) so there is no guarantee you will get a spot inside if you move here. If you park in the alleyway because you don’t want your car broken into you will be towed. I can’t have company over because i’m afraid that their car will be damaged because there is no where to safely park. Management makes it clear they are not liable for your safety here, they will not show you footage if something happens to you or your property.
