Incredibly easy moving in process. Wonderful staff. Amenities on the 8th floor appear to be kept in great condition and are plentiful. And community events are another bonus! So excited for life at Cityfront.

All the staff are very nice and the location is great. The residents are friendly and the dogs are very cute. There were some issues with the appliances when we moved in but the maintenance staff resolved them very quickly.

Almost three years living here and I’m still really happy with this place. It’s a shame this will be my last year because of the upcoming move. The location is super convenient with lots of stores and cafes nearby, and the maintenance team is always quick and helpful.

I love living here!!! My only real complaint is the washer/dryer. They need to be replaced with machines that actually work. This is the only reason I would consider living at a different community.

Great location - fluctuating parking prices with no notice are concerning though. Doesn’t inspire confidence in the leasing company. Seems like a violation of a lease by changing parking prices with no notice. Very shady.

Maintenance team is great! We had a bad cockroach issue this year but it was resolved in a couple of months. Management team is hit/miss. This place gets the job done, it’s a little outdated given their prices but reasonable given the location.

Everything is going okay now. The only problem that I'm having now is the heating thermostats in the unit . They're not working properly. They are too close to the heating vents and they are not giving a true reading of the temperature in the unit. My unit also goes from hot to cool in the process of warming up the unit. A plus that Cityfront has implemented is bring Xfinity into the building. Thank God.

It’s been ok here. Have had a few issues within the first couple weeks of us being here. There’s a lot I wish I would have looked into more before moving in, but some things you don’t realize until you’re living in the building. I am really happy with the location and I am hopeful that it will just be a wonderful year here!! At least the neighbors seem to be very nice for the most part!

The highlights of City front are the location, responsive maintenance team, the social events (please have more), and the amenities. The only recommendation I have is to have more inclusivity at social events e.g. vegetarian options, gluten free, etc.

This place is infested with cockroaches! After moving into my apartment I was horrified to find multiple roaches in my apartment daily. After the building acknowledged this wasn’t normal they allowed me to move units to an apartment 2 floors up where I continued to come home to roaches. Strongly advise against leasing here.

Great apartment and community. The room looks great and has a beautiful lake view. Located in downtown Chicago and has almost everything you need within one mile. Staff and neighbors are so friendly!

I love my apartment and love living here for the location and balcony but still feel jaded by a few things more directly related to management. First, the fact they let the woman above me keep her dog who howled all night and day for about two years so I didn’t get any sleep and it was radio silence from staff to do anything about it. There’s no loyalty to long term renters- they’ll just keep raising your rent until you get pushed out eventually by cost going up. I’ve lived here longer than everyone working in the office. Every year a new face, new concierge etc. They can’t keep staff and so it makes this apartment feel like less than a community than they hype it to be because of the extensive turnover. Eventually I’ll leave too because that’s ultimately what the company wants- why have long term patrons when you can just charge even more for new ones? Won’t ever be a community
I love this apartment! Located in a great area with amazing views. My unit has a very nice layout with tons of closet and storage space. I especially love the kind staff.
Staff has been so welcoming and amazing during our first week here!!! We are so happy to be here and know in our hearts we chose the right home by choosing Cityfront! We can’t wait to enjoy the summer here.
They hold lots of events for the residents to enjoy. We love this apartment. I'm looking forward to the summer events too! I want to have a barbecue or something!
