The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at City Views
Once James left the building as management. MANAGEMENT WENT DOWNHILL. Garage everywhere , roaches everywhere, Non residents coming in and out with drugs
Do NOT live here. Day 1 the office manager was not here on my move in day and I had to call emergency maintenance to make me a key. She has since left and now there is nobody in the office. Trash literally piles up in the garage because the dumpster has been out on the street for weeks. The hallways are dirty with dog poop on the carpet and carts full of trash in the hallways. There are ants all over my apartment and packages are stolen every day since there is nobody in the office. Seriously the worst.
In addition to disrespectful neighbors and the building being super dirty (and smelly), the management is absolutely awful. The manager changes about every 6 months. Nothing is secure here. Packages get stolen and cars get broken into despite the building being advertised as “secure”. Can’t wait to move out of this place.
This is a well maintained apartment building with convenient location with beaches, parks, and transit nearby. The management is wonderful and attentive to residents needs and concerns. I have lived here for almost two years and am very happy with my choice.
Property Manager at City Views, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the positive feedback! I am so excited to be a part of City Views. It truly is an amazing place!
I have been living here for the past 2 years and the staff has been always helpful. Teresa takes care of resident’s needs and listens attentively to feedback. I have no major complaints about the place. I’d totally recommend staying here. I’ve never thought of staying in one place for a long time, until I stayed here and been renewing my stay with no second thoughts.

Thank you!!! We have a great community here and I truly enjoy being a part of it! Teresa
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I did and I regret it. Please read everything. 0 stars if possible. It is good on first appearance but once you move in is when the issues happen. The staff is rarely available, work requests are not responded to timely, even if they are serious. I had ants crawling in all corners of my apartment and submitted multiple requests for pest control to come but it never happened. I even woke up with them crawling on me at times. I also had issues of broken appliances and a hole in my ceiling caused by a leak that was left there for weeks. I was overcharged for bills and the property never helped me. I attempted to reach the portfolio manager from the management company multiple times and never got a call back. I lived there for 3 months when I had to hire an attorney to fight the landlord to get out of my lease and get my deposit back. This building should not be in business.
