It's been a year and still counting with no issues, prompt at resolving service request, and also good communication. However, I would like to pay my rent using my bank account as payment method the card charges are too high, tried adding my account details but I could see it shows card payment accepted only I have used my bank account for many months it's of recent card payments are only accepted. I would appreciate if something is done. Thank you

(Zero star) Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unfair Treatment I had a deeply frustrating experience with the leasing team at City Parc Apartments. My application was rejected on the false grounds that I delayed uploading documents, despite me providing “clear evidence from the verification team they mentioned me to get in touch with(was told that they mentioned I delayed)” that my application and income verification were completed on time and met all the necessary income requirements. When I tried to get clarification, “the leasing staff and the relationship manager kept pointing fingers at other teams saying verification team or screening team or accountant in City Parc “ without giving me a straight or professional answer. My emails went largely ignored, and when I followed up in person, I was “met with rudeness and humiliation, which added unnecessary emotional stress. What’s worse is that “I was never contacted with a valid reason for the rejection”, nor was I refunded the $215” I paid in application and admin fees – even though “the error was clearly not on my side”. This lack of accountability and empathy is completely unacceptable. For comparison, I applied at another apartment complex shortly after and was “approved within two days” without any issues – using the “same documents, income, and background”. That just proves how unjustified City Parc’s rejection was. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I sincerely hope others think twice before dealing with this property. I can never forget how it left an impact on me mentally and financially.

I leaved in City Parc at Keller of almost 3 years, my children and I have nothing to complain about, the place is clean, quiet and safe. The staff members are very friendly and professional, I like it.
Great quiet place no drama but parking is horrible
Overall high like my apartment hits quiet unexplained I love how the dogs are on leash and the Privacy that I have and for that I thank you.

I like this place, city park at Keller apartment, so peaceful, quiet and safe
I knew this place was home when Rose first began communication with me. Outside of the area and visual aspects of the complex, Rose and her helpfulness sealed the deal for me. I see maintenance and grounds keepers daily keeping the complex clean. So far I have not been disappointed.
Long story short DO NOT LIVE HERE! I noticed some positive reviews on their page all of a sudden in the last few months. We moved out in October, and officially moved out the end of November. They must have changed staff or management because these reviews DO NOT match our experience at all. Last time I checked their ratings it was at maybe 2 stars and out of nowhere it’s 4? If you still want to know what our experience was, here: 1. Awful people in the office. Rude, blunt, no help, no answers, incorrect or false information 2. Things stolen from our front door, packages 3. They didn’t do anything about our downstairs neighbors harassing us-reported multiple times 4. Ice maker worked maybe 5 times in three years 5. Blinds are awful and cheap, we will probably have to pay for them even though they’ll replace them anyway 6. Mold around the windows. Awful caulking job let in every bit of wind and cold air in the winter 7. Car Damaging speed bumps 8. Clicker button never worked for the gate we needed 9. Gates were always broken 10. No answers to anything in a timely manner 11. Communication was awful. 12. No one could give consistent answers. 13. Security deposit option they offer is a scam we we were taken advantage of. 14. They refuse to acknowledge mistakes and own up to them. 15. We were told misleading information with the receipts and still nothing was done to help.
I am very happy here at City Parc at Keller Apartments , I have lived here for 6 months and We have a Awesome maintenance team like Gerardo and Leo that always get the job done .. We also have Wonderful Office Staff like Rose, Justin and Marixa that always get back to you when you call or email them.. City Parc at Keller is a very clean , quiet , and wonderful place to live.
I have lived here for over a year now. Nothing but a terrible experience here. Gates are always broken, never parking near your building if you're in the front, the gym equipment suits better to hurting you than getting any actual workout, and when their app decides to not work, it takes forever to load anything on it and you apparently can't pay rent and get unforgivable late fees for it. The staff will help you with nothing, and nit pick any inconveniences in the contract that you would like adjusted such as an extra mailbox key for example. Save yourself any headaches and live somewhere else!!

We have been here for over a year and absolutely love it. We feel like one big family. Everything from the office crew to the maintenance crew is excellent.
Overall, it's a great complex. Maintenance staff is competent and courteous. Sometimes office does not return my calls when I have questions or concerns.

City park at Keller is a clean and quiet community. There is a sense of luxury in the amenities and overall appearance of the apartment complex.
Too many add on charges. It does not accurately reflect the actual rent payment when searching for a place to live. Residents should not be charged for things that should be the responsibility of the owners - such as landscaping and trash disposal and sewer costs.
The accommodations are excellent, office staff are excellent, maintenance crew are excellent and I would highly recommend City Park of Keller for apartment living

Now Im an honest reviewer, I wouldnt say something is great if it wast. Ive lived in apartments my whole life and City Parc has to be the best. The way they talk to you, is like your not asking of too much or your not bothering them. All the office staff and maintenance staff are so genuine and so ready to help and go that extra mile for you. I love it here. I really hope all of them are healthy and being safe and I wish their families the same.

City park apartment are nice, look like homes inside they always keep it clean. However they dont have a park for kids, the cater more to dogs and they have a lot of hidden fees for no reason why do you have to pay for mailing fees every month when you barely order things and amazon brings it right to the door. Other then that the apartment very luxurious and up to date and the office give away things
Overall, a good place to live. I chose to rent here in large part due to it being a gated community. Unfortunately the gates are often malfunctioning and have been wide open at least 1/3 of the time since I moved here 14 months ago.
The apartments are really nice and management / maintenance are great. Parking is wonderful. The only thing I don’t like is the fees. Fees after fees. To pay your rent. Fee. That’s right to make your monthly payment, you pay a fee. They send you your rent bill by mail and that a billing/paper fee as well along with postage fee. Just keep in mind you will pay a lot of fees by moving here. I love recycling, and they provide the recycle bags, but apperently they have been out since Dec 2017 til now (March 2018) but management said they will have them by late January. Well, maybe if they cut back on some of the ridiculous fee I’d be happy. Once again brace yourself for the land of fees.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. Started out great but is going down hill fast. The gate has been open more than closed over the past year. The trash compactor has been broken for months. Kids run wild leaving trash all over...looks like a crime scene due to the spilled kool aid all around. Dog park is a joke. Not impressed with the new management at all. Just waiting for my lease to be up.
I love my apartment because of the layout. The spacious rooms and amazing kitchen. I love the patio it has a beautiful view. I think the staff was very kind and patient with me with all my questions and concerns. I like the gate community it keeps my car safe and makes people slow down as not to hit children and that is a plus.
