Great patio. Clean rooms. Though unfinished comes without microwave Could use better pest control. Great swimming pool. Great gym Recommended
So far, I haven't had any issues at all. I'm loving my new space and all the amenities that Chatham Court has to offer like the fitness center and the two pools! I can't wait to decorate and really make it a home.

The rooms are spacious and the carpeting in 2 bedroom apartments is really great. It would’ve been even better if the washer dryer was included inside the apartment

It is ok. I wish they would control parking, pests and noise issues better. The grounds are constantly messy and littered with broken glass. It has really gone down hill since we moved in just last year.

Being an international student, the overall quality of service I had was amazing. I had to buy the apartment on a date earlier date than my intended date of arrival and however the leasing agents were super friendly and helpfull.

There were a few inconveniences because the apartment needed a lot of maintenance done. However the maintenance crew did come that same week to look at everything.

Great place to live many amenities available and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Me and my family feel so welcomed by our neighbors, good area to raise children.
Roaches and mud makes the apartment complex terrible, the appearance sucks, gave me a yard full of dirt, black mold in bathroom. Secure package area packages still get stolen, just terrible

Per request haven’t had pest control since I moved in Feb. Tub need resurfacing for 2nd time. Constant noise all day under apt. from boiler room. Poor lighting in parking area and not enough spaces. Garbage fees are automatically charged each month but not picked u for days at a time on the scheduled days Sun-Thurs. I’ve called the office before and was told to call the number on the trash can, but when you call it you get an answering machine and no return call. I seldom put trash out for pickup but when I do and I’m being charged I expect it to be picked up and not be sitting out there for 4 days attracting flies and gnats. I would rather not pay forced $25 and take my own trash out, which I do most of the time. The outside entrance light is out and I called the office last week asking for maintenance to fix. I wish I would’ve moved somewhere else cause I’m a clean good tenant and this is becoming too much.

Move in kept getting pushed back. Bugs in the apartment, parcel locker is difficult to get into for the first time, leasing took a lot longer than normal.

Pics online are totally different from real scenery. I wish I would’ve waited cause the parking is terrible, fitness room is only open during business hours, laundry is under construction and landscaping is a hot mess.

The buildings are getting old but I love the floor plan. The maintenance team is great, they always come and fix any issues I have and the office people are friendly and helpful.

Overall good location. Water needs to be hotter though, my one and only consistent complaint. Units are spacious for the price, and requests for maintenance are met with expedience.

Everything is alright except for the pest in the summer. The maintenance is good. The apartment and the appliances look a little old, but its alright if you don't care much about them or the electricity.

The complex is nice. People are friendly. The location is great. Close to Trader Joe’s ,Tom Thumb and Kroger and convenient to highways and getting around easily.

Love it here! I’ve been here over three years. I love the proximity to just about anywhere you would want to go. All the staff at the office is always very nice and helpful. The maintenance requests (if needed) are always taken care of in a very timely manner.
