Chateau Le Martine
This building was built in the 1920's. It since then has only grown to have the glamour of the architecture from that time. All apartments are very spatious. There are stairs and elevators that can take us from the laundry room to the rooftop or the 6th floor to the trash area. There is a big back area that is rarely used. So, if you like some time to hang out in fresh air in a quiet space. Its perfect. Located right in the heart of Koreatown you find yourself close to markets, bars and many local transportation areas. 10 mins away from downtown and 15 to Hollywood in the subway. PERFECT.
