The building and apartments are overall well-maintained. However, after several years of residency, I have noticed a few recurring issues that could benefit from improvement. The elevators breakdown each year, the package area is often disorganized, and the intercom system is outdated and unreliable. Additionally, the new office staff can come across as rude, unapproachable, and communication via email is often delayed or goes unanswered.

Haven’t officially moved it yet but so far so good! Love the location. Love the parking garage across the street, loved the size of closet and bedroom, loved the washer and dryer build in unit!

I consistently have no hot water. Makes it impossible to wash a dish in the kitchen if I dont want to use the dishwasher which means I consistently have no hot water for my shower. This is at least 2 times a week per week per month. * Plus the ice maker in the community room has not worked in at least 6 months. * The packages are a mess - making another room for it will not resolve that no one manages the packages and they are all over the place. Perhaps a cubby per unit would help.

Love living in the building , met a lot of residents who are very friendly. I requested a few things to be fixed in my apartment and the maintenance men show up the next day. It’s been an absolute pleasure living here.

We love our apartment and location, as well as the cleanliness of the building, however, the intercom/buzz in system has been down for over a week and it makes it difficult for us to have guests, because we live at the opposite end of the building from the front door.

My movie was very easy. Staff was very nice. The place was very nice clean so much stuff to do in Morristown. I have a lot of restaurants Bar I love it.

Elevator is out of order often, the call box doesn’t work half the time, people are always smoking right outside the doors, and the package room is a full of boxes that residents leave for months at a time

Additionally, our elevators have been operating reliably for some time now, but if you encounter any problems, please report them immediately so we can address them promptly. Regarding smoking near the entrances, this isn't something we've noticed, but will monitor it closely to ensure compliance with the community guidelines. We also appreciate your feedback about the package room and I'm so happy to let you know that this Spring we are creating a dedicated package room that we feel will help with the issues residents are experiencing with the package area. Very happy so far after moving in last month. Dishwasher has been replaced, brand new blinds installed and received everything I was promised after signing lease.

The apartments have so many problems and the solutions are not satisfactory. I’ve had more problems living here in 3 years than I’ve had in owning 2 homes.

Quick application to move in process. Like the apartment layout (2 bedroom) and have used the gym several times already so thankfully there is a gym. I do find that in the hallway you can hear neighbors clear conversations from inside their apartment which I find odd but once I’m in my apartment the sounds proof is better.

I highly recommend Chancery Square. Awesome place to live. Positives: The management is excellent and building location is perfect. Maintenance is very responsive and any request I’ve ever put in hasn’t exceeded a couple days, if that. Negatives: The kitchen is a bit small and the dark floors show dust, but can’t have it all.

I've only lived here for just under a week but the leasing team and other staff have all been very welcoming and helpful. In addition the location is great which is always a plus. I'm not the biggest fan of the package/delivery system however it does seem secure at least.

I’ve only been here a few days, but it the apartment was in pristine condition when moving in. The staff seems friendly thus far and the building is definitely pet friendly. I love seeing the dogs around the building.

I find the staff to be the best part about the community. The maintenance staff is hard working and very polite. The leasing office is prompt to reply to inquiries and to help resolve some issues. There have been ongoing issues with the garbage collection in the early AM which has disturbed my sleep for months. This is my biggest complaint.

Chancery Square apartments are great. I’ve been here for about 3 months after downsizing from a house and I don’t miss my house at all. It’s so clean and convenient and everyone who works here is fantastic. The management team led by Justin is wonderful and the maintenance team Jeff, Juan and Andre are fantastic. Any of my very minor issues were taken care of in record time. It’s a great place to live!

Terrible! Maintenance is nonexistent or incompetent. You have to hunt them down to have anything fixed. For months I had 80%+ humidity in my apartment and maintenance did nothing. So mold developed. It was miserable. Management is not helpful and rude if you need anything. Overpriced and poorly maintained. There are much better places in town.

I had a wonderful move in experience at Chancery. A few issues arose on move in day that were addressed so quickly. I was blown away by the customer service I received to make sure everything was properly addressed. Everyone at the leasing office is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is super spacious and the location is awesome!

Chancery has been great. It is a true community. Everyone is friendly, everything is always clean. The management/community staff is always available and helpful. The location of the building is great. The ease of parking and pet friendliness is a huge plus as well!!

Chancery Square is a great place to live! It's just a few minutes walk from the Morristown Green and it's a prime location for downtown without being right in the middle of all the noise. The apartments are gorgeous and the staff is very accommodating. Will definitely be renewing my lease!
