I’m a new resident At Central Square. I moved from out of state and had to complete my process virtually. And it was GREAT. It was quick. They provide tons of information. The checklist was super helpful. The building is beautiful and clean and this incredible scent all over. And my unit is amazing. The staff is incredible. Joy is amazing and Dillon is a rockstar. And we’re in an awesome area.

I have have lived here for over 2 years and just renewed for my 3rd time. Absolutely love my apartment. Darby & Joy in the leasing office are super professional and helpful. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance Dillon & James have been super fast and has exceeded expectations.

Great community and location As of now my rent is reasonable. Only thing that may hold someone back could be the price of rent. Understand rent goes up. Some of the prices are crazy for the square footage of some of the homes.

I would recommend this apartment community because it has great pricing, updated appliances, washer and dryer included, great amenities, 16-foot ceilings on the first floor, and most importantly because Noell Rodriguez was a delight to talk to.

The noise is very minimal from outside and neighbors. It has washer and dryer installed. There is a 24/7 gym which is great. there is always parking spots. the maintenance requests are completed quickly. the package room is simple and easy to use.

Would recommend - very modern in a great location
The units are good but not a lot of privacy due to thin walls
I have been at Central Square going on 10 months. The price for my apartment is well within my Budget an is Absolutely well maintained an beautiful. As far as mask being required and Social distancing I have health issues and I was so impressed by the way Management handled Coronavirus Pandemic when it first arrived to keep residents safe. I love central square an will renew my lease.

Great apartment, location, staff. Only thing is that I think the walls might be a little bit thin going out into the hallways but I have never had a problem hearing other people's apartments next to me and I don't think they can hear mine. I think the sound just bleeds too much into the hallways. Other than that which is super minor, it is a great place with everything I could want and super high quality.

I would recommend b/c the floor plan is awesome and the property is beautiful - but management needs to figure out a way to enforce cleanliness - leaving so much trash in the trash room that you can't even get in is unacceptable.
