Property Ratings at Cedar Creek Apartment Homes
I recently moved out of Cedar Creek Apartment Homes, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite my efforts to leave the apartment in good condition, I was hit with an exorbitant move-out charge bill that left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. One of the most frustrating aspects of my move-out experience was the unreasonable charges for apartment cleaning, carpet replacement, and repainting. Despite my best efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment during my time there, I was shocked to find that I was being charged for cleaning services that seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the charges for carpet replacement and repainting felt excessive, especially considering the normal wear and tear that occurs over the course of a lease. The lack of transparency in the move-out process only added to my frustration. It felt as though the management at Cedar Creek Apartment Homes was more focused on nickel-and-diming residents than providing fair and reasonable move-out procedures. Overall, my move-out experience at Cedar Creek Apartment Homes was disappointing. While the apartment itself was decent, the lack of fairness and transparency in the move-out process left a sour taste in my mouth. I would caution anyone considering living here to be wary of potential hidden fees and unreasonable charges upon move-out.

When I first moved to Irvine a little over a year ago, me and my partner found Cedar Creek in the height of COVID last year. The area and community are wonderful. We have never felt so safe and at home from where we are at now in Cedar Creek. We first got a 14 month lease and now we have just renewed our lease to 16 months, going into 2023. We love it here. The maintenence, amenities and customer service is perfect. Especially this area in Woodbridge Irvine surrounded by wonderful bike paths, lakes & parks. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
The only thing good about this place is the maintenance!!! They're motto is "Love where you live". How can you love where you live when the place is run down, you've got a serious health threat of mosquito infestation in the creek right next to the apartments and due to that you see dead birds and crows, oh and they don't give a crap about their tenants. I over heard someone in management tell a neighbor she can move if she didn't like it her and all she was complaining about was the mold . Oh I forgot they aren't supposed to care about tenants ie customers because they are the Irvine Company and its all business!!!
