Just a week as me and my wife move to our apartment. So far so good, we like it. Nice place (shared spaces are well done and maintained), nice neighborhood (many parks to walk, groceries etc, safe at the evening), great lease managers.

I had a really great move in experience thanks to Maria and Louis and Robert. From assisting me with packages, my mailbox, reviewing the lease, and minor maintenance needs, they were kind, attentive, responsive, and timely. I also appreciated the touches of hospitality throughout the unit. That really was thoughtful. Apart from the consistent noisy neighbors and sometimes delayed email notifications of upcoming maintenance work, Cameron Square is a great place.

I chose the community due to its proximity o DC, restaurants, shopping etc. It would be nice if it had a shuttle to the metro. I may not have chose the best apartment two7five. The lighting was bad and you could hear the pipes/drain. Leasing staff was hard to figure out. But overall I was satisfied and they promptly addressed any issues I had.

So, I've been here about two week and I'd have to say so far it's been quite nice. I moved up here in 2020 and have lived in two different apartment complexes (both in Maryland). I don't know what it is, but this is the first time I have lived somewhere and everyone actually speaks to you. Either in the hallway, the elevator, or lobby, neighbors actually speak. It's crazy that I know the names of both of my neighbors. WOW! This is reason enough to stay here.

Cameron Square provides lovely apartment homes! The one bedrooms still feel spacious. As for community, they offer a couple events each month as an opportunity for residents to connect. The maintenance team is small, so some issues around the building take a bit to resolve.

It's been pretty good so far. Just moved here a few weeks ago. We chose this place because of the many attractions near us. One thing, I don't care for is a keyless entry. Makes me nervous in case we lose power.

Cameron Square is an inviting community with nice amenities and helpful staff. The apartments have nice layouts and are modern. I would deduct a star due to some degree of noise within the building and/or the main street, but that is not the fault of the community itself.

This is an excellent location to live in due to its proximity to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. It's also very pet friendly which is great. I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation.

The community is nice with good amenities. It’s convenient to DC and NoVa. They don’t offer discounts for federal employees which is unfortunate. I received too many emails throughout the process. The amount of emails I received after applying was ridiculous. I was unable to decipher what was needed and what was an advertisement. The leasing office was slow to respond to my emails with questions and even when all of my documents were loaded into the portal they did not view the documents. I had to make a trip to the leasing office to figure out what was needed so that I could move in. Moving is hectic enough without unnecessary clutter and confusion. Also some random man called from the call box at 4am which was unsettling. I had not moved in but when I checked to see if the apartment was secure a window had been left unlocked.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Cameron Square since I moved here in September of 2021. The amenities are nice, the inside and outside of our building are esthetically pleasing to see. The people who live here is the best part of my residential experience!

In the move in process and loving this place and the amenities. Neighbors are so nice and friendly and offering help here and there! I love it at Cameron Place! I can't think of anywhere else I'd like to live. My favorite park about this building it's how it is always clean and the amenities are amazing . The leasing off staff are amazing! The are consistent, professional and make us a priority .

Very cozy apartment complex! Amenities are spacious and unit features work well. Walls are a bit thin though, but neighbors know to respect quiet hours. Also, furry friends, everywhere!

Cameron Square is a nice place to live. The building is kept clean. There are nice restaurants and shopping near by. Cameron Square is just fifteen minutes away from D.C. Van Dorm metro station is in walking distance.

Management has been responsive to upkeep of common areas, making recent improvements where needed. Maintenance has been quick with resolutions. Only suggestion, stop leaving freight elevator in service mode overnight. It's a real inconvenience to rrsidents on that back corner that rely primarily on that single elevator. Overall, great job to the staff.

Overall, I have enjoyed my time at Cameron Square. I’m going on my third year, and I’m one of the original tenants from when the property initially opened. The community is generally quiet and everyone is relatively friendly or just keeps to themselves. While the rent goes up each year (as expected), I’m disappointed that each year prices for additional fees have gone up as well. For example, I pay double what I did for parking, and things like trash, pest, admin fees have increased as well. You might expect that as the property ages, these things might actually go down or maintain, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Nonetheless, I pay for my peace, comfort, and sanity, and I’ve definitely felt at home here!

Great location and building. Accommodating to needs of residents. Move in was a little rough but Paul was extremely helpful throughout. The only downside is having to walk trash the whole way to the other side of the building.

I love everything about living in Cameron Square and what I love most of all is the people and sense of community. I never have been in such a tight knit group of neighbors in an apartment and I absolutely love it here!
