Property Ratings at Cambria Cove
I lived here for 4 months. While the complex from a far looks really nice, tucked away and quiet...its far from that. I'm not typically one to leave reviews unless I have nice things to say. However, in this case, I feel like it's needed. In the first 2 months I lived here my trailer got broke into but who's to say it was someone at This complex....But the road the trailer was parked at was only leading to this complex so high possibility. Regardless i brushed it off because those things can happen everywhere. However, In the last 2 months I lived there there was a tenant that lived above me who brought A LOT of traffic through my building. at 1st is wasn't an issue until my home started getting random people knocking on my door by mistake, thinking it was that address. I brushed it off at 1st thinking it was just a mistake. that was until I realized that these people were buying drugs out of this unit. This complex offers ring camera packages but they're pretty expensive so I went to Amazon and bought one for myself. i had it installed and now I have screenshots of all these random people coming to my address looking for the tenant above. They all came between the hours of 7pm-1am. Still brushed it off because sometimes address can be confusing especially in a 3 story building. I was completely fine with living here, even with the traffic UNTIL.... there was a shooting MID-DAY. I'm not sure what the story was, but it was 2 guys who shot this unit up in the middle of the day. At this point, all I wanted was to break my lease with no repercussions considering my baby was home during the time of the shooting AND all these people kept mistaking my address for theirs but i am still being charged close to $1300 for breaking the lease. I've called the regional manager and even corporate. Who, let me add, didn't even know about the situation until I TOLD HER. I did my part as a good tenant and provided the office/officers with all the information they needed regarding this situation. You'd think considering my address kept being mistaken and could have been mistaken in that case that money wouldn't be an issue while letting me out of my lease, but no. All this company is after is your money. PLEASE DON'T LEASE HERE! Stay safe and move elsewhere.

The moment I walked in Devin greeted with me a warm welcome and was helpful with helping me find the right home for me. We went through lots of different scenarios to help find what best suited my family and myself. The management is very professional this is my first apartment and they answered every question I asked.

First off I will say these are the worst apartments I personally have lived in. Parking is horrible. They allow a single tenant to take up additional covered parking 4-5 spaces to park his Cadillacs (more than one) & then tell new comers there’s no more available. There has been times I put my trash at the door for pick up, to only find it still there the next morning. Which is ridiculous since the trash fee is $32. Another thing is my upstairs neighbors are constantly walking all hours of the day & night as if there on drugs. They follow me from room to room listening to what’s going on in my apartment. From the time I awake in the morning until I lay down at night for rest. It’s sickening I’m on the 2nd level & hear nothing my downstairs neighbor is doing. The office does nothing about your needs & request.

I've been a resident here at STONELEIGH ELLA CROSSING for almost 2 years now at two different units and I have nothing but great praise for this community. The grounds are well kept and manicured. Maintenance is quick to respond. The studio and large one bedroom are priced fair for the area. The community is quiet and tucked away and I have had no issues with safety. The great office staff is what keeps this community a well oiled machine--Carla, Monica, and Tranisha are just wonderful. I would recommend SEC to anyone.

i love the neighbors and the community its so spacious and very quiet its all connected to 1960 and 45 so you have all you need right up the street and they take their time with you and i think it will help others come to like it if they ever are looking for a place to stay.

Relatively speaking, you get a good value for the price. Located between FM 1960 to the right and 45 to the left it is a quick drive to restaurants, movie theaters even a water park! The grounds and common area are fairly maintained (the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning). The staff is minimally helpful but the units are modern and spacious.

Our Apartment complex has some of the best management. They are always able to help with anything that we need. It is a super quite neighborhood and you never have to worry about anything. It is kept clean, and you see the guys going around cleaning up. You would love to live here!
