Everyone so friendly and helpful. All the activities that are offered couldn't be better.
Candance Creek is a lovely place to live. Management is terrific. Maintenance is terrific. I’m happy and I feel safe here.
Great place to live if you are over 55 and an active adult.
It is an extremely friendly community; residents support one another with empathy & caring.
The greatest thing about living here is meeting new people- they become friends quickly and there’s always something to do together! I enjoy the many activities weekly.
I have only good words to convey to other people that may want to consider moving here. It’s a lovely place inside and out. The grounds are kept very nice very clean. It’s a beautiful place to be.
Living at Cadence Creek Towne Lake has been life changing for me. After retirement and relocating to a new city, I felt a bit restless and bored. But here, I found new friends, fun activities, and a lovely apartment in a safe location. There is always something to do and someone to spend time with.
This is like living in a wonderful timeshare only better.
Disappointing that there has been no fan or light in the grill area - fire pit and fireplace outside has never worked in over a year! Seems it’s just for looks!!
I am very pleased with every thing at Cadence Creek I am so glad to live hear. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Doug (my dog) and I love our apartment. I especially love my Southside panoramic view. Sunrises and sunsets included in the package. I love living at Cadence Creek Towne Lake. My cottage is the perfect size for me and my small dog, Bella. The office staff personnel are very polite, friendly, and very professional. Any maintenance request is addressed in a timely manner. Before I came to Cadence Creek, I lived in a house next door to my daughter and her family. My decision to make this move has given me a host of new friends and neighbors and the opportunity to live a lifestyle appropriate to my age group. It has given my daughter the freedom to explore new avenues of interest to her without the stress of caring for Mom. Mom is kept quite busy with the many activities provided here.

Once the decision was made to downsize, it was easy to select Cadence Creek Towne Lake as our new home. The floorplans are roomy, the double patio/porches are a bonus, the lit streets and porch lights that line the cottage streets at night give the community a feeling of a cozy little village.

My apartment is well-constructed. Light streams in - which I appreciate. There's always an elevator available. Many amenities that I and my visiting family enjoy. The people at our front desk are always willing to be as helpful as possible. Other people living here are at various 55 ages and interesting.
