The maintenance team and concierge team are excellent. Always friendly folks to see around the building, and handle whatever you need quickly. On the last few weeks of my lease, my washer malfunctioned, and within 2 hours I had a brand new machine.

Cadence at Union Station is a wonderful community and an excellent apartment to live at. With friendly leasing staff, very skilled and quick maintenance technicians, this building has amazing amenities too. You should consider scheduling a tour if searching apartments in LoDo. It's across the street from Union Station Denver and near restaurants and Whole Foods.

I'll be moving into Cadence soon, and Bianca and Megan have been great to work with over the phone and via email. The management team answered all of my detailed questions thoroughly and seems to really care about the happiness of the residents. I was visiting a current Cadence resident earlier this year and the management team went above and beyond to accommodate me which left a very good impression. I can't wait to move in!

A building is only as great as the team that manages it! I was recently negatively impacted to an update to the building, but the entire team was there to support me. Megan, Donald, Mitchell, Ryan all reacted quickly. Megan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mitchell and Edwin were there to lend a helping hand in the days after as well. Moe is always very kind, friendly, and helpful, and Claire is a sweetheart too! Orlando is a great concierge and always greets everyone with a smile. I truly cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate them. You also can’t beat the location and the condo grade soundproofing. I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. Highly recommend!

I made the decision to lease with Cadence without ever viewing the property, as I moved from out-of-state from another Holland Residential property with excellent management. Cadence is by far the best value in the Union Station area. Because it is smaller than some of the surrounding buildings, the sense of community is strong among residents. Our concierge, David is the best there is, you can't help but get to know and love him. Maintenance has always been a highlight of living here as they are responsive and efficient. And Kaitlyn in the leasing office is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Overall a great experience and looking forward to staying for a while.

unsatisfactory management

This property is poor especially management at Cadence.Very unpleasantly leading market prices and covid economic vacancies . Greedy owners and their management manipulate rent market . I wouldn’t recommend this place because of dishonesty from manager. She is very unfamiliar with policies. Location is great. They are much nicer and cheaper apartments around to rent compared to cadence. This complex doesn’t offer any specials and their requirements are beyond crazy and outrageous. This apartment building can’t be called home .

Several issues within my first month of living here - I discovered mold/pooling water in my washing machine upon moving in (had to unclog it myself), discovered that the toilet was soiled upon moving in (also cleaned that myself), was overcharged for an application fee (this was resolved after I contacted administration), the units are not nearly as soundproof as they are touted to be in reviews and by the person who showed me the apartment - I received a noise complaint saying that "video game noises" were coming from my unit late at night (even though I haven't owned a video game for almost a decade now). I had been experiencing banging/thumping noises coming from above me for some time and thought that would be a good time to report it - I was then asked to submit recordings of the noise (even though the person who reported me for making noise with video games that I don't have was listened to and accommodated with literally no evidence or recordings of any kind). That is either a clear display of favoritism towards one tenant or perhaps more likely a manifestation of latent hostility towards myself. The elevators are also faulty and can take an incredibly long time to reach you. Parcel Pending is not worth the additional cost considering that your things are sometimes left outside of a locker. Lots of nickel & dime fees.

Cadence is a wonderful place to live and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location is fantastic being so close to whole foods, cvs, union station, Pepsi Center and so much more. The facilities Cadence offers are fantastic such as the top floor gym, rooftop pool and common room and weekly events for residents. My apartment is great and the staff at Cadence are always so welcoming friendly and patient.
