Property Ratings at Bromley House
Everything is old and outdated. Roaches. The hallways carpet never clean. Paper thin walls you can hear and feeling your apartment rumble with the neighbor upstairs walk on their floor. need I go on
Leasing manager was not helpful in anyway when asking question about apartment. It seemed more so that she didn’t want to rent out the place to me and also just overall was very rude. This was the reason I decided to not live at this complex especially since every repair and maintenance request would go through her.
When my husband and I were searching for apartments, Bromley was the first one we saw. After that, I compared every one we saw to Bromley. No other site offered the amenities, the closet space, and the overall value for the buck as Bromley House. After living here for almost two years, nothing has changed. Maintenance is always respectful and on point, management is always available for questions or concerns on phone or online, public areas are always clean...... I love coming home to Bromley!
I visited here yesterday.... the 2 bedroom unit that I saw, though recently vacated and in the process of being prepared for new occupants, was in great shape. It was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage space in the kitchen as well as throughout the entire unit. The only negative for me would be the lack of a laundry facility within the actual unit, even though each building does has a communal laundry room. I value privacy, but I think I would make that sacrifice. hopefully, when I am ready to move this spring, a unit will be available... of the complexes I visited yesterday (3), Bromley is my #1 choice.
My name is Bonita and I have been Blessed with a Wonderful apartment here at the Brumly House. I moved into my new home 3 weeks today. And had my first Holiday season here the people are nice and it feels like home.
