It's quiet also peaceful. Love that we have a security guard. I get off late at night also work early morning. Makes me feel safe.parking garage is also great to have especially when it rains.
Everything has been good besides a few minor mishaps but it all worked itself out they were attentive with fixing all problems I had and quick with response
My experience was as quick as possible. I moved in, in five days. I also got a great special. The staff made my experience 10 out of 10. I definitely will be recommending friends and family to move here.

Honestly being here has been amazing they always fix my maintenance request so fast if an issue is brought to the office attention they typically hop on it and get it fixed right away!!

Hallways stink due to garbage portal and dog waste. Not always promptly cleaned. Needs a better system for garbage. Clean and mop out garbage areas frequently to cut back on odor.

I’ve been here almost 2 years. My only complaint is the parking garage. People be speeding other than that everything’s good. The floor & area I live in is quiet never have problems with my neighbors either.

I applied here and got denied which is not the problem. They sent me a link for my refund which did not work and when I called the office they kept saying the manager would call me back. It was two weeks of me calling and them saying she was “busy” and would call back. Then I called one day they said the manager put in the request for the link to be sent and she didn’t call me because she did not have to tell me that. Then proceeded to hang up in my face. The girl I that works in the leasing office is EXTREMELY rude and the manager does not do her job at all I wouldn’t recommend.

Love the peace and quiet. The maintenance staff is awesome and the leasing staff friendly. Have been here going on 3 years and it is getting better
The Office leasing agents are always nice and helpful. Maintenance responds fast and the landscaping is always nice. The neighbors are always nice and respectfully quiet.

I love the community here! everyone is so sweet and caring! the front office is always on top of everything! they handle the situation then! I love that work orders get done same day!
I pay extra to live on the first floor and have a yard, but the landscaping company continually skips our complex and my yard is constantly overgrown. It has now been 3 weeks since they mowed and the grass and weeds in my yard are over a foot high. I have a small dog and she does not like walking through it every time I have to let her out. It also makes the mosquitoes and fleas worse. I was told they will definitely come mow this week. We’ll see.
Good community, multiple amenities, relaxed for the most part. Diverse community with a decent view. Close to the freeway so that’s cool as well.
I lived here about 4 years now. All I can say is the property has gone down. The only reason I stayed that long was because of my apartment is facing the trail, where I am able to walk after work and it is quiet. When I said it has gone down, the tenant that they let lease this apartment does not care about this apartment. The garbage can by the door is always full, disgusting. The trash chute always out of control. Your package will get stolen after Fetch delivered leave it on your front door. The parking is always full. Elevator smells and dog poops are everywhere on the back of the apartment. Traffic has gone bad just to get out of the apartment takes minimum of 10 to 15 mins. For the price, high ceiling, it is a reasonable price, but quality of this apartment has gone down.
I love my apartment and the property!!! I think in all my years of apartment living this property manager is the best! Kayla is great and the staff she has supporting her is good!
Everyone I’ve spoken with has been accommodating and courteous. Community is safe and amenities are nice.
When you come home and feel that peace in your home, it means that you are in a good place.
The apartments are large and beautiful and very well kept, residents are nice and so is office staff, and the community feels safe other than people speeding through the parking garage.

My stay at these apartments has been anything but smooth from day one. The office claims that a complete walk through procedure is done before keys are given to tenants but as is the case with everything I needed done, NOTHING gets done. Imagine my surprise of walking to my apartment and finding holes on the wall, broken faucet, broken toilet, broken microwave, etc. I expressed my concerns with the office that this unit was given to me with all these flaws as it was clear as day that no one bothered to look at the unit before releasing it to me. The inconvenience of having to postpone my move having had used personal time off from work for a unit that was not indeed ready to be moved into. When I did finally move in, more and more issues arose as the pictures attached below will show my frustration as to nothing being done within weeks of moving in. It sums up every work order that I ever submitted to a point that I honestly was counting down the days that my lease was up and as a result, I became content with something I knew was not right. This apartment complex flooded during Harvey and I can speak from personal experience from staying on a first floor unit that it is evident that the damage this place endured did not get addresed accordingly. If you’re sensitive to poor air quality as I am then you know the symptoms all too well(severe headaches, shortness of breath, and constant fatigue). The apartments of course will deny mold but it is the common denominator for how my was body was prior moving in, during my year lease, to now that I am no longer a tenant there. Lastly, Trucks and Cars are being broken into on an every day basis. As you can expect from my comment above the apartment complex knows about this problem, as it was one of my primary concerns when moving in. I was given reassurance that measures were being taken to deter criminal activity on the property. I completely understand that this is an issue everywhere but to witness in a span of a year numerous trucks being stolen from the property as well as my car getting broken into speaks for itself the constant activity that goes on here. I provided the office with the police report they requested and never got a follow up nor any concern for the safety of their very own tennants. It would be a disservice to recommend these apartments to anyone.

Theyve covered mold with paint over in my apartment and I’ve had horrible headaches and fatigue which is very concerning ! Also got my car broken into they never bothered to send me any video of the incident after I provided the police report , but they’re quick to send an email about the trash valet rules - mold is reappearing in my apartment but have continuously taken pictures of its progress inside and outside in the hallways

Hi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret that you had a negative experience, and will use this as an opportunity to improve. In September, service was provided and no growth was found. The areas of concern were cleaned and painted due to dust/dirt stains. Service was provided again in February and there were again, no signs of growth within the apartment. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we can improve.
