      My experience at brixton

      I toured recently and had a great experience. Sophia was the one who showed me around, and she was knew literally everything I was impressed. Like I didn’t even have to ask half the stuff, she just laid it all out, including the extra fees and stuff. I saw two units on totally opposite sides of the building and both had super nice views. It seems like none of them face a wall or another building which is such a win. The units get lots of natural light with all the windows. The vibes were just good it just felt like one of the few places where you actually know what you’re getting without any hidden fees or surprises.

      Lovely building, terrible management

      Avoid at all costs. The is dog poop everywhere. There are not enough parking spaces and the parking policy is terrible, some people have been waiting over a year for a space, although whenever you ask management where you are in the line, they’ll tell you anything to get you to leave as soon as possible. The apartment is lovely but the management are terrible. They will do the bare minimum if you are having issues. The smart tech included is shoddy at best, our door lock hasn’t worked for months but there has been no resolution. Packages have been stolen but there is no attempt from the building management to prevent further thefts. Looking forward to the end of my lease, I won’t be renewing it.

      Amazing Amenities. Even Better Location

      I toured Brixton and have to say, I was very impressed. From an entire pet washing room (not just an outdoor station) to the beautifully decorated outdoor community living space, this place has it all. With immediate access to the S-Line, getting around would be a cinch. Close to several gyms (though the one onsite has everything you could need) and restaurants, this sugarhouse gem is at the top of my list as wrap my apartment search.

      Beautiful Living Spaces & Amazing Location

      I could not be happier about living at Brixton. The location is perfectly located near so many restaurants in sugar house along with Sugar House Park & Liberty Park. The living spaces are new, well designed & I am in love with the huge kitchen. The staff has been super attentive & are more than willing to help with any needs you have. All in all really satisfied with my decision.
