Brigham apartments is located at an excellent place in downtown , close to mall and office. It is well built and spacious apartment with excellent facilities. We have lived for over 3 years and enjoyed the experience overall.

We love living at the Brigham Apartments. Chelsea, Amari, and Vanessa are all always helpful and kind. They are very professional while treating us like we are their dear friends. (We consider them our dear friends). The cleaning staff is friendly and keeps our building clean and smelling fresh. Maintenance is fantastic!! Carl, Matt, Joels, and Max are always kind, respectful and work hard to keep our apartment in the best shape. Maintenance is prompt. We feel blessed to live here.

I've lived here for a couple of years and I love it! The units are really nice and the apartments are very quiet. Management is responsive to needs and the location is fantastic.

Nice place to live in, being here for a long time. To be exact, 26 years and a few months. It's close to the malls, grocery store, train station, churches, bus stop , banks etc etc.

I have lived in the Brigham Apartments now since December of 1997 when the apartments were brand new. This is my home, and I love it!!

Love the location, the views and the people here! Wonderful apartments, lay-out--feel like I'm on vacation everytime I'm home. Love living here!

I should add the strength of communication. The office manager has done a great job of communicating progress on construction projects, procedures for changes in seasonal weather and events of general benefit to the community (including, of course, the Halloween treats).

Excellent apartment community with friendly, clean, convenient and comfortable living. The proximity to downtown and the University are real advantages for my needs. Management is courteous and friendly and respond quickly to any requests for maintenance or repairs. Safety is never a concern in this occupant friendly environment.

Moved into the building in 2001 one of my favorite places to live off all time still the last year. Greystar took over managing around 2 years ago. First issue i had was i noticed a new charge on my monthly statement. I was for $50 for "technology fee" i had always received free high speed internet. Now Greystar now was charging $50 for it, I never received any notification about if i wanted to keep the service and now have to pay for it. Then now if you want a parking spot in the parking garage you now have to pay $75-$100 for a spot. always had a spot to park in the garage was part of my rent. Common sense you rent an apartment you get a place to park your car. Had an issue with my parking card needing to be replaced. When they gave me a new card they confirmed the parking level and stall #. It was wrong., For the last 10 years i had been parking on level one . They said no you have been parking one level 2. i had lived at the property for 23 years and thing i know where i have been parking for the last 10 years. i even had to parking tag that you hang on your rea view. They didn't even respond to that. They claimed someone else had been parking in that spot for that last few years. I said don't you feel that is odd that in the last 10 years i had been parking in my spot that no one had ever put a not on my car that i was in there spot. I never got a parking ticket that i was in the wrong spot. Once again them being right was way more important then treating me the loyal tenant of 20 plus years. There was just this arrogance feeling i got from the staff. Had a few times i needed assistance from the staff later on and they were not willing to have any leeway on the rules or polices of the property. Would not help in anyway. One day a tenant posted a comment on the building online bulletin. I responded and agreed with him on a negative experience he had. i had one similar to him and posted on his post. Two days latter i get a notice they are not renewing my lease.

Our family has been associated with The Brigham, on and off, for many years. And it is apparent that many others have similar longevity. We, and they, love it here! The Brigham represents well-deserved quality!

I love the convenience of living in a luxury building downtown, the weekly concerts in the park, and hearing the cathedral bells.

We are so happy that we chose to live at the Brigham Apartments! It was the best rental decision we've ever made. We love the apartment, the views, the community--and the resident/customer service is wonderful! We love the community, the amenities and are so excited to make many happy memories here!

We had to move from our last home on short notice. Chelsea and her staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful! They made a stressful transition much easier. We love it here! The apartments are really nice and maintained well. Even though the building isn’t new, the units are regularly updated. We love the location and the amenities, and are feel really lucky to have ended up here.

We have a lot of amenities to enjoy during winter.. and the guys from leasing office are great! We love it

Brigham Apartments is an enjoyable and peaceful community where residents respect each other and interact in a friendly manner. The proximity to downtown is a real benefit for easy access to basic services, such as groceries, banking, clothing, dining, etc. The staff and management are always helpful and friendly. The responsiveness to my needs and requests are always appreciated by me and any guests I have visit the apartment. I've lived here for over 6 years and still appreciate the safety, convenience and services provided.

We love living at the Brigham Apartments. The management, Chelsea, Amaree, and Alehi are incredible! They are always helpful, kind, and make sure that important needs are met. They treat us in such a way that we feel like they are family. The maintenance group are all fantastic - every one of them are skilled, pay attention to detail, and are kind and respectful. I appreciate the upkeep on the apartment complex. The management makes constant updates to the complex to insure the residents safety and convenience.

Brigham Apartments Management team always goes above and beyond for me. They truly care about their residents and are always trying to make all of us happy. Every community has their negatives, like rent increases or utility charges, however, Chelsea and her team take the time to speak with the residents, listen to our concerns and frustrations, and help us navigate the new norm. Chelsea is always quick to reach out to residents whenever there is a problem to get it quickly resolve. The Brigham Team, Office and Maintenance, care about this community and the people who live here. This is not just a rental property but a true home. I'm so happy to be a resident at Brigham Apartments for the last 10 years.

It's convenient for public transportation. Has several amenities, social rooms, exercise rooms, has a coffee room for those who like coffee, computer room.

Brigham is one of the best apartment I have lived in. It's very clean, safe and run efficiently ! Maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly and the employees are very nice and courteous. My overall experience is very good.

Brigham Apartments has incredible staff who work around the clock and throughout the year to provide a great resident experience. I’ve lived at a few apartment complexes so far and Brigham Apartments easily has the best maintenance service and regular events of any of them!

I have lived here for one month so far and I love it! It is in such a great location - I easily walk to parks, hiking trails, the grocery store, bars/restaurants, the mall, and public transport. It is super clean and well maintained. Something that was really important to me about living in an apartment was finding a building where I couldn’t hear my neighbors because I work night shift a lot. I live on the second floor and have never heard people walking above my apartment or in the hallways or anything. It is a really solidly built building with thick walls/floors so it’s definitely quiet and feels more like I’m living in a house rather than a huge apartment complex. The management/staff is also great - Brittney will solve any issue you may have!

They used to be good at management but they over-charge during our moving-out, which is not professional and very disappointing.

I love where this is located as it's right in the middle of downtown but also one street off from being dead locked into the state street traffic. It's easy to get around and City Creek mall is literally down the street. Lots of fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff here is amazing and attentive to resident's needs. I'm stunned by how quick work orders are handled and the turn around time. It's super easy to submit a work order and they write you a note for when they've completed. Building is kept very clean and the summer flowers are looking gorgeous. I absolutely love this place!

Come join us at the Brigham Apartments.. It's a nice place to live. It's in the down town area close to the malls, grocery store, churches, bus and train accessible. Also close to Temple Square. I've lived here for over 20 years..

We are coming up on a year living at BA and still love it. The building, grounds, and staff are all great. It’s centrally located to city amenities and services we use. BA makes our lives comfortable and easy.

Brigham Apartments is on top of everything. The amenities are extremely well maintained, and management is more than readily available to help with anything you need.

Overall a good experience. Maintenance is kept up, and there is a quick response when problems arise. The only real problem was that the AC was turned off in the fall and my apartment was too warm. I opened the balcony door and used a fan, which was effective but noisy from traffic and the fan itself.

I have been a resident at Brigham Apartments for 4 to 5 years and have been very pleased with the staff, atmosphere, expedient maintenance & wonderful central location to use public transportation. The resident events are great! The grounds are always well kept, especially the gardens. I love the interior decorative touches that make me smile when I enter the foyer. I am so happy to live at The Brigham Apartments!
