I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! The staff here is absolutely amazing—always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The property itself is kept in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully cared for. Every time I walk around the community, I notice how much effort is put into keeping everything looking great. I have zero complaints living here. It’s truly been such a positive experience, and I would recommend this complex to absolutely everyone looking for a place to call home. Hands down one of the best choices I’ve ever made!

Braunfels Place is a great little community. I love the office staff and maintenance man Eddie. They all have charming personalities. The grounds are kept clean. I've lived here for over 1 years and I've never felt better about where I live. To my knowledge there have been no criminal activity or vehicle break in. Braunfels Place is a safe community and kid/dog friendly. I love living here.

I've been here a long time and I don't want to be anywhere else it's nice and most everyone here is nice and it's quite most of the time I love it here and I liked the food trucks that used to come for cook outs but I guess not enough people could come or they'd come more often , lol I just love it here .

I like that I’m left alone and my kids are safe to ride their bikes that’s all I ask of an apartment complex, and they deliver nicely. They are also very helpful.

I love my apartment itself. Since living here, some of the neighbors have been quite annoying. The maintenance is quick, friendly, reliable and the front office staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful to us. We have dogs as it is pet friendly establishment, however, I would like to see more neighbors picking up after their animals. I rarely walk in the grass in order to avoid stepping in anything.

Office staff is great! Living here itself is not the best. But could be worse. No pool. No playground. No anything extra around the complex. I haven’t seen pest control once, even though we pay for it.

I've had friends live at this complex before, and I really enjoyed the more townhouse feel of the apartments. The location is great for access to anything New Braunfels has to offer as well!

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The Leasing Team is AMAZING - so helpful (no matter how many times you 'bug' them - and I did A LOT the first couple of days after moving here!) Overall, everything is clean, quiet and can't beat the location.

Staff are kind and understanding. If you have a problem within the unit (rarely happens) chances are it will get fixed in the same day! They are so ontop of this it makes it easy for everyone.

I really like living here. It’s a quiet community. It’s pet friendly. The location is perfect for me. It’s close to IH 35, and very close to grocery stores, downtown, two parks to choose from and several restaurants to choose from.

I love living here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick. The property is well kept. I will stay here as long as I can because it’s nice and peaceful.

Well maintained place - usually quiet but when kids are out of school it can be loud if they live nearby.

Incredibly attentive and caring staff. Fast response times to all emails, calls, maintenance requests, etc. It shows that they genuinely care for the comfort of their residents.
