the staff { maria and grace} are helpful and accommodating to needs of the residence

Just moved in April the staff here is so nice and always comes and fixes things also the place is nice and clean very well kept up and my son has already made friends here i love it here!

I been here for a while and I love it. my kids loves the pool and the payground. the schools are near and the maria and teresa are good to us.

I just move in and so far I love it. My friend lives here and his family had nothing but good things to say about the apartments and the office girls.,

What can I said.. I keep Renewing over and over again. I don't see myself living anywhere else. Love my apartment and Maria and Teresa.

I Couldn't have asked for a better living experience! The living environment was great along with the office. Highly recommended, I lived here in the past and am coming back. Maria is very attentive and she cares for tenants!!!

I am always after safety and peaceful neighborhood when it comes to the apartment and this is the reason why I stayed 6 years in this place. The management (Teresa and Maria) are friendly and approachable, maintenance problems were well taken care of. I love the new Eco-friendly approach. EVERYTHING is ONLINE. LOVE IT

I have been here since 2017. I love Teresa, Maria and the complex is very nice. The girls are very professional and caring. They take care of your concerns and issues right away. The maintenance is OK. They come when you call them and do a good job. I have to say overall I have recommended plenty of my friends here. To me, it's a great place to call home.

I really love my apartment! It's clean and spacious, the management always responds promptly to things. NEVER have seen ONE BUG in my apartment! Staff are friendly and very helpful here. Always have hot water, and always get call-backs when I've put in a service call for anything. I asked them to re-grout my tub once, and bam: it got done like in a day! And they fixed a couple other little things while they were at it, that I hadn't even thought to mention. So I appreciate that! Ok, so wherever you go, you'll find that one or two neighbors who are just looking for a reason to be ugly. That's just life. I feel safe here and it feels like home to me. Thanks Teresa and Maria!

Well the leasing office girls were very diligent, understanding and they did everything they could to make sure I was assisted and qualified. Maria makes you feel like you are welcome and that is a pleasure.

The apartments are nice and quite. It feels like a safe environment. Maria & Teresa are friendly and helpful and Maria is always so kind. i would recommend this place to anyone!

Good location, convenient to work and groceries. I lived there almost 2 years and did not have serious problems and I was happy there. Management is friendly and efficient. Rent is very comfortable and no funny bussiness.

It's beautiful, quiet, friendly and has nice sense of security. The office staff is warm and courteous. I have only had a few minor maintenance issues, and the maintenance staff was prompt and efficient in attending to them.

I was not able to rent here do to a personal issue (not getting in to it) however Maria was amazing! That girl show me more than one apartment and answer all my question regarding the area from schools, stores and daycare!! she dint stop been nice one i told her my situation and they where not able to rent to me, instead she point me to good direction. THANKS MARIA

In the past, people have left mean comments on here about this complex, however, none of which are true. I have lived here for 2 years and I have no problems. Not with the staff or other Tennant's. It's all up to you and how you live that determines whether living here will be bad or good for you. I personally have never walked into the office acting as if I have a chip on my shoulder, or cussed at them because your work order didn't get done yet. They don't have to put up with that. Would you? You know talking and acting like you have some sense goes a long way. When I have a question or a concern I either (one) call them up and ask or (two) walk down there and ask. They never greet you with a mean face or treat you second rated. So don't second-rate them.

I have been meaning to write this EACH time Daniel visits my apartment or I talk to Maria and Teresa. I've been living here going on 3 years and I love it. The leasing staff are the greatest. They are concerned about the residents, in my experience since they been here, they have made many improvements to make this apartment a place like home. They even text me to let me know my parcels are here and other relevant information (WAO am impress). The girls took their time to help me understand the payment system (no attitude, no rush just nice). The maintenance guys are the best, The makes sure my apartment was taken care of and his staff responds to me every needs. Keep up the great work. Much appreciated. Now my reason for departure has nothing to do with the staff or the housing, I was relocated to another state. From the maintenance crew to billeting managers, everyone maintains a high level of professionalism and optimism and work requests are attended to speedily. I would gladly recommend this apartments to friends and coworkers.

I have lived here for more than 4 yrs and love it. I Love the staff, the manager Teresa is very straight forward and professional, her assistant Maria is nice and professional also, they work with me as many times as i have needed. I love the property even tho is a little old the maintenance guys are always friendly and have always help me with my repairs . I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful safe place to make a home in after living in a house for 13 years. The layout is wonderful, I have a great view, and if I ever need anything, the team is there to help! I see negative review and I think they deserve more than 5 start.

Brandon walk apartments are great for the price. Very family oriented place, they throw parties all the time for kids with free food and games and stuff. We have never had a pest problems, bit i've known people in the complex that have. I guess it depends on what part of the complex you live on. The maintenance was good, but then they fired the old group and hired a new group of maintenance men which I don't like very much. The current managers are nice and helpful but they're always switching management. Great place to live overall.
